The staff here is really good and friendly this is my go-to Burger King for a quick bite or to sit in a quiet place for lunch. I can eat and get computer work done at the same time. I usually send my order in through the mobile app and it’s ready when I get there. I do like their new hot apple pie and their steakhouse Whopper.

They made sure that my food was fresh and hot. I asked last minute to change my friends to onion rings and they had no problem with it. Dietrich took my order and help me with everything and he was very nice an amazing!

The 5 is of course as far as fast food goes I’m not saying that it’s “favorite restaurants name here” but as far as Burger King goes this is probably one of the best ones I’ve been to in my 44 years here on our little blue planet the veggies were crisp and the burger flamed grilled as advertised. The burger wasn’t sloppy until I made a mess of it eating like an ex-con that’s been dreaming of a Whopper for the last 10 yrs!! Like if I dreamed of a Whopper while being in the joint for 10 yrs this is definitely the burger king you want to come to. Hell I even ordered a rodeo burger and wait for this one. The darn Onion rings were nice and crispy!! Like the commercial type ish. Those onion rings were fresher than Bucs on a bye week!! And don’t tell them but they got my order 100% correct the 1st time!! Should be a model for the rest of the Burger King’s!! Thanks for restoring my fast food hopes and dreams!!

I know I’m seeing mixed reviews at this place, but honestly, best Burger King I’ve ever been to?? The food was hot and fresh, and the people there were decently kind for the fact that they must have been working a LONG time man. Let me just say Onion Rings++ Fries+ Whopper Jr.+ Chicken Fries+++

This has got to be one of the worst experiences of my life which only took about 15 minutes; which would have taken less time but Alexis with the long braided hair, long nails, and glasses ignored me when I came in. Yes I came in a scooter, because as of now (not that it’s your business,) that’s my ride and I had simply placed it on the side of the door. Alexis made eye contact with me and could have asked me to move it then. But she didn’t. There was absolutely NO ONE in this building. When she was done pretending my daughter and I weren’t standing there at the counter for 5 minutes. This is the time she had an issue with the scooter. Not asking me to move it but demanding and being completely rude with no reason. How simple it would have been to just ask. I run 2 very successful Vietnamese restaurants that have been open for more than 15 years and I never once have I treated or talked to a customer whose come into to MY location and made them feel the way she did. My order would had taken less than 5 minutes and less than 2 to make, that she didn’t even have to make. Very disrespectful and I will keep posting everyday until I know something has been done with this employee. An employee whose hair is almost touching the floor, no hair net? An employee whose grabbing fresh food with no glove, health hazard? But my scooter with an empty restaurant was the problem today. Please help me make it make sense. And not that it matters anymore but just to let you know how simple my order was it was a value fry for my daughter. Something that should have took no more than 5 minutes took me 15 with disrespect, rude service, and smack talking in front of my 9 year old. I can only imagine if my experience was only suppose to take 2 minutes what someone else’s order would had been like.Way to set an example. Burger King on Columbus and N. Dale Mabry.

This is one of the first Google Maps reviews I’ve ever posted, to give an indication of my impression of this particular Burger King. I went through the drive through on a Sunday morning. My car was one of very few other cars, and it took somewhere around 10 minutes to get a single breakfast sandwich and black coffee. I’m not a frequent fast food restaurant goer, but when I do get fast food, it’s for the convenience of its namesake, which this Burger King is not. Would recommend holding out for the numerous other fast food restaurants in the area if you’re craving a delicious and speedy

TERRIBLE!!
I ordered through the app. Checked in when I arrived and waited over 10 minutes. Evidently they no longer offer Frappes. They never called my name to inform me. The manager, Benny Parsons, was rude, belligerent, and refused to refund my money. He ignored me until I took his photo and then came out from behind the counter to confront me, threaten my physical well being and to break my phone. I’m still waiting for a refund for being charged for an item they don’t even offer.
