It’s 11:23 am come to Drive tru and I order the new whopper and Crispy onion Whopper no pickles both of them, when I open my sandwich of course they put the pickles and no cheese, so I came back I told them nicely that my whopper have pickles and no cheese they took the whopper put two slices of cheese and the same whopper and still have pickles. Need to changes something with yours employees or management’s.

I needed a sweet treat and after leaving the Dollar Tree nearby this Burger King was convenient. I enjoyed an oreo milk shake that was thick and delicious. The only disappointment was the interaction I had with Bryant. He failed to smile, greet, engage, or make eye contact. Nonetheless, I still recommend this Burger King, especially if you happen to be nearby.

I ordered with the nice ladies at the counter. And I asked for no meat on my breakfast burritos. I have a pork allergy. They took an extra 3 minutes fixing my order so that it would read no meat, and yet still, my food came with bacon on it. I usually don’t go to Burger King because my order is never right. This is placing my health in jeopardy. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

I got in DT line at 3pm and place my order for a whopper Jr no chz no onion extra pickles and sm fry. I didn’t even get checked out until 313pm and didn’t get my food til 319pm. This is supposed to be FAST food. Nearly 20mins for my Fry’s to have so much salt on them that it made my mouth hurt and my whopper Jr had onions and no pickles. Like come on this is beyond ridiculous.

This Burger King is so slow, I mean you can get a set down order at IHOP quicker than you get your “fast food” from here… the order is always messed up, and the wait it ridiculous … go to the Seffner one you’ll thank me!!! Best experience at ANY Burger King ! My food is always on point and the staff there are always polite and respectful. Neeoria did a great job making sure ALL my order was completed and I had Everything I needed. She really loves her job and her attitude shows. Moved out here after Helene and Milton wrecked our home. Been coming to this BK for a while and Bryant is THE MAN. He’s quick, attentive and if he gets the order wrong and you tell him he jumps at the chance to fix it. Can’t beat customer service like that!
