Today I had the experience of a life time. In all my years of going to Burgerking I never seen managers of such caliber!!!! Today, I was able to dine with my family for lunch and I experienced Vicky and Paul. Let me tell you what a team. Paul greeted us with a smile, absolutely positive and super friendly, and I love his artwork/designs of his tattoos. Vicky provided us with the freshest food & amazing service from when the order was taken and delivered. Keep up the good work you two!

Very slow service and always forgetting or getting something wrong in my order. Why are the employees always messing up my order when I order 1-2 things. I can count the amount of times I have ordered a double bacon cheese burger but have received a regular burger on both hands which is not much but weird it has happened more than once. I wanted to give you a chance but if every time I’m going here I’m getting my order messed up it’s not just a coincidence, it’s a pattern of poor management and customer service. If you have read this far it’s better that you go to the McDonald’s across the street than to come here.

Today, I visited the Burger King location during Super Bowl Sunday, and the restaurant was not busy at the time. However, the beverage machine appeared to need immediate attention, as Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, and other drinks were dispensing clear liquid instead of soda.
I brought this to the attention of the cashier, Nayeli, who stated that it would be fixed “when they had a chance.” After receiving my order, the issue still had not been addressed. Another customer also mentioned the problem, yet no action was taken. Employees were gathered in the back talking instead of resolving the issue.
Additionally, the dining area was not properly maintained. Several tables were dirty, and the trash bins were full. Based on the situation, I questioned whether a supervisor was present during this shift.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of cleanliness, customer service, and attention to basic operational needs during my visit.

The people are friendly and food is ok but they run out of coke zero almost weekly! Are they out or too lazy to change it? I ask why it happens so often and she said it sells fast! I ask her if they know it’s the best seller why they wouldn’t order extra and so states she don’t know!

This was the worst B.K. I’ve eaten. I had to throw my food away. The chicken, onion rings, and chicken fries all were hard and tasted as they were sitting for an extended period of time and then put back into the fryer. Waste of $15. I rarely ever leave bad feedback, but this review needed to be left. They weren’t even busy when I stopped by at around 6 P.M. The prices have gone up, and the quality of the food has plummeted. The young drive-thru girl wasn’t friendly at all.

Whilst I fully understand that my Service Dog, Candie, is very striking, I don’t need the order taker to tell me nor to make banal conversion and to Not ask illegal questions about her.
Per 2020 ADA Requirements, staff (BK employees), only 2 legal questions are allowed,
1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability
2) What tasks or work is your dog trained in
My Service Dog, Candie, She was in a “down” and posting at my feet behind me
me; guarding my six.
Asking about her gender is:
1) Illegal
2) inappropriate, immaterial, irritating and Non-ya.
I Am the Human customer, pay attention to me, not my Service Dog.
Discriminatory Question, Major Fail.
The French Fries were hot, fresh and yummy.
Seating: The Restaurant was Crowded and my date & I had great difficulty in locating seating.

Gross! Food was stone cold missing items and items substituted with nasty hard cookies… wasn’t worth eating threw it away even after I drove through for what they shorted me. Sometimes it’s a lost cause! I’ll go next door for Mexican food next time
