Tonight I decided to get everyone in my family some Burger King.

So the wife ordered everything through the BK App
10 different orders an the girls that were working tonight got it all right on the money!
Big shout out to “Ana” an “Dana” the 2 BK workers who made my trip to BK a fast and easy one!
Those ladies made sure everyone’s order was perfect!
Every order was correct!
They were also very polite and super friendly.
Those ladies definitely need raise or a promotion
I’ll definitely be going back to this BK.

They forgot to give us 2 chicken fries but the snack wraps were so good. I recommend the spicy snack wrap if you like a juicy spicy kick. I love this place

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited a long time in line to be served cold French fries and two cheeseburgers that tasted like rubber they were so old. When I went inside to talk to the manager and get a replacement it was obvious why. All the employees were shuffling around looking like they didn’t want to be there. Shaniqua kept looking at me while making me a new burger and I couldn’t see the whole process but I’m pretty sure I got a booger smack dab in the middle of it cause she was pissed. Into the garbage it went!!!! Listen up Burger King, Chick Fil A employees love their jobs! They are a well oiled machine…

I had not had a Wopper with cheese in a very long time, i made it a combo meal, large Fries, latge coke, i ate it in my car, in the shade, they have trees in the parking lot/ roll down the windows, turn the radio onand enjoy your fresh cooked combo meal.

Waited in drive-through for 30 minutes to let them know, I placed an online order. I should’ve double checked my order because this place is notorious for forgetting stuff. So after 30 minutes and then driving home I get home to eat and notice I’m missing an eight piece chicken nugget. I go back to the Burger King to get my missing food and I was basically told that it was in the bag. I didn’t sit there and argue with anybody because I was afraid that my food would’ve been spit on. This location’s customer service is garbage. I would not have turned around and gone back for three dollar chicken nuggets if they were in my bag. Avoid this location at all costs. Not sure how it has 3 1/2 stars when you look at yelp they’re one and a half. This location needs to close just like Moes did in the same shopping center. They closed due to poor customer service. This Burger King is on its way to being an empty building.

I love BK,, but this location really serves bad food ,,,i order a homeless woman a #1 that was sitting there n I ordered a fish sandwich meal along with a jr whopper for myself, im not sure how her food can out,but my fish sandwich was super over cooked n as hard as a brick I took 2 bites n I couldn’t do it anymore ,I went to the front counter n showed the young lady,,,n she didn’t know what to do, so I told her never mind ,n not to mention my jr whopper was extremely soggy ,,NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went through drive thru on 12/6. Didn’t eat until I got home. My double whopper was so greasey I couldn’t eat it. I thought they were flame broiled not soaked in grease. I soaked 2 paper towels with the grease that came from 1 patty.

While the customer service was alright, the wait time in the drive through lane was much longer than expected. I pulled in shortly around 8:55 PM on a Wednesday. We wouldn’t get served until about twelve minutes later.
Food was accurate and tasty, however for $12ish, the portions are too small.
If you absolutely much eat Burger King, this restaurant isn’t a horrible option, but it’s not an amazing one either.

1st time I used the app. Ordered bogo whopper special & 16 nuggets. Nuggets were stale and burnt. Whoppers had 1 piece of onion, 1pickle no lettuce and slimy tomatoes. Called for 2 days to mgr and no answer. just horrible food. I meant to add that all the nuggets were thrown into the bag and the cashier said she the other girl just got off break from smoking pot.
