A couple of months ago, My wife and I ordered two Whopper with Cheese meals. The food was hot, fresh and it was some of the best tasting Burger King we have eaten in a long, long time. Within the past couple of weeks, we have visited this location 3 times and with each visit, the food and service has gotten worse. Our Whopper w/cheese burgers were disgusting, they were smothered with some sort of seasoning, the beef patties were warm, the tomatoes and lettuce were nasty, and our fry and onion rings were horrible too! The soda had way to much carbonation in it, and the dining room tables were filthy.
Also, I don’t like paying for food that I can’t finish eating and end up having to throw it away because we were grossed out.
A restaurant that has a Googke rating that is less that 4.5 stars needs to be shut down.

Saturday feb 22 2026 some kid with glasses taking orders and s Spanish? Kid with earrings gave the food . Start by saying not a lot of customers so I said “new looking and not busy lemme give it a try “ walk in place is clean . Order the classic whopper meal . Got my cup to get my coke . Best coke out of a machine in a long time . They’re always too sweet or not enough . This was perfect . Get my food . Whopper made perfectly . I wanted to cry it was so damn good ! Reminded me of childhood . Burger King doesn’t have a very good reputation bc normally their food is so hit and miss with way more misses than hits ! This one way A+++++ . As someone who normally reviews the bad bc am not easily impressed this Burger King deserves recognition! It’s not Michelin star dining but it’s everything it should be !!!!! Kudos to this staff give them all raises !!!! And recognize their burger supremacy . As I type this I hear some of the guys back there getting a little rowdy but aye they’re doing their job they should enjoy their selves also they probably don’t know someone is inside lol it’s empty . Put the word out !!! Give this gem business so it doesn’t fail

Great Experience at Burger King!
Stopped by Burger King and had a great experience. The burgers were cooked well, fresh, and tasted just right. The staff was friendly and provided great service, making the visit even better. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid stop for a quick and satisfying meal!

Wow a complete 180. I didn’t like Burger King before I always thought their burgers were pre-made and wet. Now their burgers are fresh, juicy and presented well in a wrapper. The atmosphere is cozy too.

Completely disappointed with this place. I will never come back here ever again. The past few times has been a total nightmare. Today is Jan 20 2026 8:15am. There is hair in my food and I put both sandwiches in the garbage. Read the other reviews saying the same thing about the employees attitude. Especially the lady she was talking bad about the customers. They need new jobs. Just go do something different if you can’t be in Customer Service. Just go away lady! Stop talking bad about the Restaurant customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There’s been multiple times where they get my order wrong. Today we tried again, giving it another chance since its the closest location for us. Arrived home and when I bit into my whopper the meat was so burnt to the point that you could not even eat it. Last time for sure that I go to this location, don’t waste your time or money in this place they don’t care about the food quality.

Jeno is making this BK the best in the area. The picture shows how he presents the food when he brings the tray to the table for you. I stopped coming here because a previous manager was rude and short with customers. Gave this BK a second chance, met Jeno, and now come 1X per week with the family. Best of all, Jeno didn’t ask me to post this review.

Had a large number 1 and it was fantastic. The ladies behind the counter were super friendly. The AC was blasting and it was freezing inside, good to know my ice cream won’t melt. I will be back! Love ya xoxoxox

Update: unfortunately the quality and consistency has gone down. I’ve been noticing under cooked croissants and even the burger patties, they’re not pink in the middle or anything but it was a pale grey and it barely had grill marks on one side and no grill marks on the other. Their cinnamon rolls are tasty but more often than not they aren’t cooked correctly, two out of the three times I ordered them they weren’t cooked until the center was done. Which results in a gummy, goey (in a bad way) cinnamon roll

The order will be wrong most of the time. The manager is a kid who could care less. The parking lot is mostly empty and I know why. poor quality control and management. About 10 new restaurants in the area and I assume this will go out of business soon. Maybe the owner will read this and make changes but probably not.
