I won’t be visiting this burger king anymore. Everytime I go here to eat, my food looks like so sloppy. I cant with you anymore. I want my food to look and taste good and look like what i bought. I got a whopper and it was over sauced and a smashed burger. I couldn’t even pick it up without getting messy. Just sloppy burger king. Tighten up!

The service is terrible. The drive through person cut me off mid order, would not take any customizations and ruined my meal. I asked for a cheeseburger kids meal, wanting to customize it to a jr wopper, they cut me off mid customization saying “we will put mayo tomato and lettuce on” when I receive my food it is cold, no lettuce no tomato and no mayo. They did not offer a cookie, soft serve or toy and just threw a 2 year old toy into the bag and the container of the bag looked like it was dropped and stepped on prior to me receiving it. They shoved the food and drink into my hand not asking for any sauce of any kind and straight up rude.

I order the 3 double redo burgers and they put mushrooms and bacon on them not only that they are cold and the fries and to. I stop coming here because they aways mess up though I give them a try its been 8 months since I been here . Won’t be back ever. Ill just keep going to dade city

I order the Ultimate Steakburger Whopper and get the impossible burger. Amazing thing was the little girl in the window asked me did I order the impossible burger. I said no and told her the steakburger. I get my lunch and head for home. That’s where I find out I have the impossible burger. This is not my first Bad order. Next time I will sit at the window and open my bag to see if it is right.

Love the French Toast Sticks, stopped by because girlfriend wanted breakfast & I got out of work late, so it worked out. Wished they open up at 5am, so it would be an option all the time, while driving home from work. Drive-thru wasn’t so fast had to wait for them to bring my food out.

This location has one of the best managers. I went through the drive thru with my dog I ordered my dog chicken nuggets…the manager was working the Window ask if I need ice water for my pup….staff is good and the remodel looks great…only thing I dont like is that they took the road in front of store out so you HAVE TO exit onto 301 instead of circling around and exiting onto one way street behind store like before I realize that is not the decision of employees at store that’s why I still gave 5 stars

First of all i paid EXTRA for crispy onions and they STILL didnt put them on my burger. Second of all the lady was rude not even a hey how are you tn. And LASTLY my whole burger tasted like mustard! Zephyrhills do better !!!!!!!
