This is my favorite Burger King. It takes a minute to get your food but it’s because it’s made fresh. I love the service here. We have been eating here on busy nights at least once per week lately.

I’ve been living in this community for the past 28 years, and when I need a great coffee and a fabulous Impossible Whopper meal, with “My Have It My Way Particulars,” I scoot right down the street to this particular “customer friendly” location. The staff, in particular, Managers, Kathy and GM, Stephanie are quite amazing!! Keep up the great work, BK!!

How disgusting to be discriminated by the thin Spanish guy with tattoos and the tall black guy dressed in all black.
By far I have never felt so unwanted than how I was today.
This people could care less about good customer service.
Just don’t expect great service when you come here specially if you come across these 2 guys.
They need to be trained on customer service since they know nothing about.

I ordered on line and went to the drive through to pick up the food I was asked for my name and the cashier couldn’t understand me or she just didn’t care because I told her my name 3 times and still giving me the wrong name and then she told me to just come to the window which I did she was like your here for the mobile order and I said yes oh okay it’s coming up slammed the window on my face did not ask me what my order was turned around and I waited to see if she was going to ask me but I can see her there talking and laughing about it so I waved and tried to get her attention but someone else came to the window I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager I told him that I don’t want my food and I need a refund he told me that he can’t give me a refund and I can only do it on the app which is I know it’s a lied so he pretty much forced me to take my food who’s is all cold when I got home . As you can see the manager and the cashier were both standing at the window when I asked for the phone number for the customer service still talking about why I asked for the phone number and their name. Every time I come to this restaurant the employee just doesn’t care about the customer and we are the one who pays there check because without the customer no money coming in no race or even closing down. I really need to call news channel 8 and have them come to this restaurant so they can experience how they treat the customers. I will not come back to this restaurant any more and I do hope that someone will fix this situation. The worst customers service I ever get.

Either the ordering kiosks need to go, or they need completely overhaul the user experience!
It is just as bad as the app. I cannot order my Whopper my way I have been ordering my Whopper the same way for over 30 years, “with cheese, no onion, heavy pickle”. But just like the poorly designed BK app, the choices on the kiosk are all binary, either yes or no, no option for light or heavy (extra).

So I walked in to a clean BK. Greeted by the cashier, but I’ve opted to order from my app for their online exclusives and am kinda lost. The mgr steps up and assists me with a smile, “I saw you struggling” she says and finds me a great deal. She made my day! I love kind people.

The Lady name Patty is very rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be working in customer service I witness her throw a customer cup on the counter without being apologetic and that was before she yelled at me in a very loud tone during a order and she appeared as if she wanted to attack me the manager intervened by pulling her to the side with out apologizing for her disrespect to customers. The atmosphere is usually an okay environment with other good employees except for Patty. I will be following up with the corporate office about the matter and i advise others to do the same.

Of course mistakes happen. However if you burn the sausage patty do not think you can stuff it between a biscuit and it will be okay. You might have hid the fact that it is black and burnt when looking at it. However when you bite it and it is hard as rocks and you are unable to eat it. Total waste of money. SHAME ON YOU
