Customer service sucks at this location. I pre-ordered in the app for drive-through. I pulled up in the drive-through you know she goes. How can I help you? Can I take your order? I go have a drive-through order for NICOLE. Oh well it’s not ready. Is that what you tell people in drive-through when they place an order I mean I’ve done this many times before and it’s like I’m placing a normal order. McDonald’s Wendy’s every place is the same thing it’s not ready. I was like OK so what am I supposed to do? Oh well, you could just pull over and sit down and come through the drive-through again are you serious? OK I go park. Wait wait wait wait I see other cars come in through the drive-through place their order get their food that doesn’t make sense to me. I go inside to pick up my food. The woman throws the food on the counter ….first my order took 20 minutes and then you throw my food on the counter. Are you Serious? No type of customer service nothing no apology. Nothing I will never go to that Burger King again maybe I won’t even go to Burger King again because this is ridiculous. Not to mention onion rings and fries are lukewarm

This place is the gold standard for fast food. From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—quick service, friendly staff, and food that tasted way better than it had any right to for how fast it came out.
The burgers were hot, juicy, and clearly made fresh, the fries were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of salt, and my order was 100% accurate (which is rarer than it should be). The staff deserves a shoutout to Mari and Ice they are more than welcoming, efficient, and genuinely upbeat, even during a rush.
What really sets this spot apart is consistency. You know exactly what you’re getting every time, and it always leaves me lingering for more. My taste buds truly cannot get enough….im salivating just writing this!! Clean dining area, great value for the price, and zero room for disappointment.

Manager Mary is incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. The entire team is outstanding, with special recognition to Ice, who consistently goes above and beyond with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.

Such a great experience every time I come to this Burger King. The staff is friendly, fast, and actually makes you feel welcomed. Especially my two favorite workers Ice & Mary!!!!!! you can really tell they take pride in what they do and work so well together. Their positive energy makes the whole place run smoothly. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations around BECAUSE of them. immediate raises needed for both & to future customers show them extra love when yall pull up!

Wow is the only word. Phenomenal service, immaculate space, and some of the best manners I’ve seen anywhere. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The manager and staff should be incredibly proud — their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly set this location apart. This Burger King runs beautifully and sets the standard for what great service should look like, DEFINITELY will be returning often. mmm!!!! ☺️

I was very unhappy with the manager. I ordered 2whopper meals and I ask for ketchup and barbecue sauce and the manger said you have to pay for the barbecue sauce and I said what??? She said I’ll give you 1 and I said I have 2 meals. What the hell man . She said only goes with chicken nuggets. Now my sister in law and I we eat our meal with barbecue and ketchup. What is the big deal in giving out the condiments. McDonald’s will give them to you. I will no longer go there ever again. I only went for my sister in law because she can’t drive because she is handicapped

In multiple ways. When you pull up into drive through No one greets you. I sat for three or four minutes and then I said hello and at that moment, the lady said sorry just one moment. I am with a customer so I waited another six minutes. Still no response. There’s two vehicles behind me. They were waiting to be able to just order.. employees seem to be very confused as to whose order belongs to who so after waiting for a very long time to be able to order then you have to wait even longer after you pay to pick up the order when there’s very little people there or if there’s multiple people, there is the same situation every time that I have visited

This has to be the worst burger king in the state of florida.The drive thru microphone seems to be broken quite a lot. the coke machine is out of order almost every other day.the employees have no idea what they are doing including the manager! I was told from now on don’t use the drive thru if im pulling my work trailer to come in and place my order,Ive been using the drive thru for over 20 years! I will never return to this establishment until they hire all new people,This place has really gone down hill!

1.Food was very cold 2 how are you going to have an elderly person with a hurt arm, taking orders upfront, taking orders and drive-through getting the money upfront, getting the money in the back and passing out the order then on top of that you have two people in the kitchen plus the manager talking about sexual matters in front of the customer then the manager wants to get a attitude because I asked for ketchup and then I asked for an extra bag exit door locked. Food was very cold, including onion rings, french fries the whole meal was just disgusting. very dissatisfied .whole crew needs training .
