This is the worst Burger King I have been. Look at what they gave to me as a large fries … the guy in front went back and come back with full of weed smell … I understand they don’t have best conditions as a worker but also if you don’t wanna don’t work here … before that, couple days ago we waited like 10 min to can order cause stuff were so busy doing gossip in the back .

Burger King supposed to be open 24 hours. There was another person in front of me. Nobody wanted to speak to the intercom so the guy was beeping to her when she saw the lady inside. I was right behind him. I made this video and you could see the lady inside the guys beeping to her and she’s not even care about anything. This is what this is what supposed to be 24 hour Burger King can somebody explain this to me, this is ridiculous wasting peoples time.

Most drive thru experiences for me are typically the same…you expect an employee to take your order on autopilot just trying to get through their shift.. Not today. On a random Friday night there was someone named Arielo who made my day. He actually ENGAGED with my responses with witty conversation and you can clearly tell there was a person with a SOUL behind the intercom instead of the typical -take your order and keep it moving protocol. Shout out to him.

Arielo the manager is super sweet! Once we got to the speaker to order he definitely made us laugh. He gave us really good customer service because something we ordered was forgotten, he made sure to fix it and get it to us right away!

Do not go to this Burger King. The drive through line is incredibly slow. Had a bad experience in November 2025 but tried again Dec 16, 2025 at noon. Waited 14 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window the woman working just looked at me and walked away. No “sorry it took so long,” and no explanation. This was a disgraceful customer experience and Corporate should do something. Today they lost a customer for good.

I was at this location around 2:20 pm today and ordered a %2, which is usually a Texas double whopper combo. After I ordered, the total was 16.45. I told the cashier that I had never paid that much for that meal. I found out that the Texas combo was less. Then a manager came out to address the issue. I told her I wanted a refund, then another manager came out and told her she couldn’t give me a refund. Finally I got the refund. Please contact me if you want. I have never had this happen to me before. This is how you can lose customers.

This was the most freshly made hot and delicious bacon king along with Frankenstein sundae the fire were crispy and I’ll be in plenty of Burger King never have I had my food this fresh dish hot just delicious. I’m pretty impressed with the new management style. This guy Ariel has definitely made a change in this Burger King. I used to come here and Dread the waiting time I would be at Drive Thru and never get an answer or told that the terminals being reset at late night and that’s bad for me because I live nearby and I work overnight so I like to get some hot food before I go home because I don’t cook and it’s more economical to eat Burger King on my budget so kudos and thanks To Ariel being the weekend warrior at Burger King they definitely need to give this guy a higher position and the chain. I would love to see more customer service like this. He makes me wanna come back tomorrow.

the worst Burger King I’ve ever been. The staff was rude despite the fact that the place wasn’t crowded and they weren’t so busy. the burger fell apart and was almost cold.
