Honestly, avoid coming here. March 7th, 11:50pm, whoever the female was at drive thru is absolutely rude. Pulled up to the drive thru and said “How are you”, she says, “what do you want”, so whatever, I ignore her and tell her my order. I get up to the window and try to say hi and be nice and she won’t even talk to me or acknowledge me. Grabs my card, pays for the food and gives my card back. Is on the phone the ENTIRE time. Its like im bothering her. Mind you, I pulled up to the window and she sat on her phone for a couple minutes before even walking over to me… She has no customer service skills at all. The previous reviews about the night crew are true! Came to Burger King due to Tiktok and honestly, now I know why I dont come here. Havent even tried the food yet. Won’t be back and hopefully this lady ends up being happier in life because she was miserable. Burger King needs to retire people and maybe pay alittle more to get better people so they can increase in sales. The food is good and has potential but not with poor customer service!

Small, do not come at night, staff is very irritable. Made me pull to second window to order because I have a low voice. Then got my order wrong. Very weird drive tru location, could use that space for more parking and or building upgrades

No ketchup in the ketchup dispenser, you have to ask for the little envelopes.
Soda machine, several options aren’t available (no sprite for example among many others).
I asked for added cheese to our burgers and paid for it, they all came out without cheese and so they refunded me the money !!!! Not recommended

My order was wrong.. they insisted on giving me another size I also ordered a Oreo shake it was watered down the consistency was not right she told me that’s how it is and that’s how it’s supposed to be. I said a shake is not to be watery consistency. I then wanted a refund she told me that I could not get a refund because of new policy changes.. and only the general manager can give out refunds.. this is very unacceptable…

Evening of march 31 at 7:30 pm we were served by your manager who had a really bad attitude. She got mad cause we got confused with our order… rolling eyes talking to us like we were dumbasses. I wouldn’t complain if it was a normal employee but it was your MANAGER the one who should always have a perfect customer service even if she gets yelled at. Last time im coming to your restaurant.
