I am writing to share my positive experience at your Burger King location today. I wanted to specifically recognize Joel, who was working at the drive-thru window.
Joel was incredibly kind and helpful with all of my requests. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy, maintaining a big smile and a positive attitude throughout the interaction. I particularly appreciated that he was professional while I was placing my order and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.
It is clear that Joel cares about the customer experience and makes people want to visit your establishment again. Please pass along my thanks to him for his excellent service.

Perfect Experience!
I had an amazing experience at this Burger King. Everything was absolutely perfect — the food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the service was fast even though it was busy. The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was really nice and welcoming. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best Burger Kings I’ve ever been to — I’ll be coming back for sure

They had no whoppers they had no fries. When I got my food and drink, The soda wasn’t filled up. The Onion rings were lukewarm. They didn’t give me any napkins. The only saving grace was the Whopper JR. tasted good. How does a restaurant NOT have its most popular Burger & fries available at lunch time?!?!

This shocks me because I always go here and I’ve never had a response like this. As a big corporation with multiple location you would spect to go to each one and have the same pricing, quality and amount of food! So I went to the Burger King on lakeworth and Jog (which i know the manager used to be or could still be in charge of that store) got an ice cream cup and the Clark filled it up to where its suppost to be; on my way home I stopped by this store because my wife wanted one and didnt want it to get melted by the time I got home and this person gives me half a cup and when I called him out on it he stated ” hahaha its a different store”. I get the issue with employees its never the same with customer service but the servings should be the same so this tells me that this location is cheap and not working to corporate standards!!! Very disappointed because I used to go here all the time and I actually like a few of the constant people I’ve seen there working but this is unbelievable.

The soda machine dispenses WARM soda. Weird, because it’s not like that at other BKs. Employees are good. To the reviewer who said something changed: The long time manager, Marlene, she left. She was a bit of a pain sometimes, but she kept the place running.

poorly assembled and poorly cooked, The Italian sandwiches I bought where raggedy and barely had any sauce on them. Onion rings where cold as well and soda was flat. Avoid this location and don’t be fooled by the stock photos you see in their reviews.
Edit: me and my family where all sick after eating this meal. Really must stress that this isn’t a burger king you want to eat from.

The level filthiness in this place has inspired this review. The place is a total mess! There isn’t a spot that is sticky and dirty. I went there around 12pm which makes no sense, the restaurant had just a few hours open. This leads me to believe that they do not clean before closing or opening. I couldn’t resist, and asked the manager if they clean every night and he responded in a nervous/shy way by saying “we just had a rush” and immediately sent someone with a broom outside. The soda machines are extremely sticky and appear as if they have not been wiped down in weeks, the food waiting area was cluttered with trash and old receipts, it was impossible to grab a ketchup bag without getting ketchup on your finger by bursted bags inside the bin. The iced tea section next to it was dripping tea like a broken faucet. The floors are sticky, stained and just pure disgusting. Employees do not wear nets on there head. I wonder what kind of safety and food training they get. People using the drive through have no idea what this place looks like. This is on the customers side i can only imagine behind the counter and in the kitchen.
Upper Management should immediately review this place before someone gets sick.

This is the best Burger King I’ve been to. These kids are really nice and helpful. They always get my order right and on time.
