I tried the new maple bourbon, bacon sandwich. An unfortunately, I was shorted on ingredients. I know it’s not supposed to look like the picture. But you can’t promote an abundance of bacon and put less than two strips on it. It gets to the point where that is just false advertising. I’m not asking for much just what I pay for. And what I paid for is what you showed me on the overhead screen. It doesn’t have to be exact, but at least come close.

I ordered the onion fries, fries and whopper and they just gave me onion fries and whopper. They didn’t give me fries and that too large. I called them till half an hour still no response and I waited for 15 minutes in drive thru at 9:35 and still they messed up.

Well @1030am.there was no smile but she took my order and there was a young lady in front of me waiting for her food she was up set how she was waiting for a long time like 39min. Took 20 min for food. Had to tell them 4 times I wanted hot coffee and they still asked if I wanted ice coffee. Ordered 6 sandwiches and only one was the right thing. Went back to have remade and still got it wrong. And food was so old and microwaved to death. I used to like going to this BK every year when in town but I won’t go back

This burger king has terrible customer service. i asked for chocolate soft serve. they go put it in not saying anything, then when i get to the window they give us a vanilla soft serve. i tell them i asked for vanilla, they looked at me like im stupid and said “go look on the receipt” it really said nothing about any flavor so i tell them i asked for chocolate then they scream at me that they don’t have chocolate and shut the door on me while im speaking.

Gross gross gross!!! The food was literally slapped together and fell apart as I was attempting to eat it. The egg on my croissant was still raw like texture and liquidy when I took it off cause I bit it and about threw up. Raw egg yuckkkk. The people were rude and the store was gross.
