10:04 pm the workers closed the door and yelled at a customer for opening the door when they didnt advise them not to, otherwise how else are they supposed to know how to leave. Very disrespectful. The manager came in shaming the man. Very unprofessional. When we came for the 24 hour drive thru the workers ignored us and turned off the screens without explanation after we waited at the window to ask, TERRIBLE SERVICE wasted my time. Lowkey should fire her.

This might have been the best BK experience I have ever had. The food was made to perfection. Fries and onion rings super fresh. Burger wasnt what I am used to when eating at BK. It just tasted fresher somehow. Anyway, maybe I got lucky, but that was a great lunch!!!

They closed the whole restaurant at 10. I went through the drive-thru and nobody responded and i went to the window and yelled for 5 minutes and the lady said they aren’t taking orders right now. A lady with a black work shirt said all the employees are leaving that she can’t do it all by herself

I went and ordered breakfast this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. They gave me a ham and cheese croissant. How do you mess up those two things. How is it even possible? Don’t go there.

Awful experience!! The employee at the drive thru was very unprofessional and incompetent. She is probably 5”2 from what I saw, African American, wears red lip stick, she doesn’t belong in the customer service industry.
