Number 8 says 2 wrap with fries and drink. The lady argues you only get 1. I simply said if you look behind you it say 2. Wraps fries and a drink… she said I cant do anything about you only get 1. I turned and told the guy in line you better ask what all you get before you pay for it. I will NEVER eat burger king again!

I was there last Thursday, 10/16, and had the best Burger King fries I have ever had. The burger was really good, too. I don’t go there a lot but every time I have the staff has been so nice. The two gentlemen working the drive thru that evening were very nice.

Ordered an original chicken sandwich. Manager and staff arguing. The meals is completely wrong, no ice…. What is right about any of this situation? Had to return to store to get the order corrected. Got home and guess what incorrect. This is absolutely a waste!

I’ve eating at Burger King for over 40 years and this BK service was unacceptable the workers didn’t realize i understood what they was saying being very disrespectful and the order was Disgusting cold as a Winter day and ask for onions rings and she said I can’t change the order from Fries. I feel BK really need to Train them better and with that being said your loss a good Customer this happened 3 time and at 3 different BK’s
