Ordered 12 pc chicken fries, they gave me 8 piece, shakes were like drinking a glass of chocolate milk. They didn’t give a receipt, so I can’t even complain to corporate. Absolute waste of $40.

I get drive-thru everyday for breakfast 5 to 7 days a week and today they had a ladie that probably states that she does not speak English I don’t like it go somewhere else. And that’s what I will do! Write down the street!

Came on Sunday November 16th around 7pm. The girl that took my order was very professnal took my order promptly. The guy working the register was super friendly and professional also. The food was super fresh and delicious. The night crew here much different than the daycrew I guess.

Isdemy or however you spell her name (the shift manager) is the worst human being on the planet. I went in and ordered breakfast on the kiosk. I ordered for take out. That lady puts my food on a tray and I tell her that it’s to go and since I said that she had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. When I got my food I wanted to ask what her name was and her back was facing me and she showed me the back of her hand telling me to hold on. I had to get her name from another employee. I went back after finishing my food because my sausage egg and cheese croissant had no egg. When I went back I asked for a refund and she’s telling me that what I ordered was wrong and she’s saying its the system and whatever. I showed her my receipt that said sausage egg and cheese and she still didn’t understand. She speaks no English. I guarantee if you ask for her papers she’s not gonna have any. Replace her immediately.

I ordered a whopper with the meat on the side as I don’t eat meat but the rest is great. The young lady taking the order confirmed she understood the assignment. Why did the guy hand me a bag with the bun, meat, veggies all in seperate wrappings. BRAH! WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY? I got a refund and skipped dinner that night. I was really bothered by the lack of common sense.

As I was receiving my food, I see 3 roaches (2 German 1 American) crawling on the outside wall near the window. I point it out to the employee, and she seemed like she didn’t care. If there are roaches outside (especially Germans who are mainly found INSIDE) I can 100% assure you there are tons inside. Absolutely nasty. Was debating on whether I should even eat my food.
