They are dead, i was the only customer…I order on the machine because they want to save payroll!!! I order what i wanted with instructions, no lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, cut in half and onions!! They got the order keep in mind no customer inside the restaurant and no customer at the drive thru!! And they still manage to get the order wrong!!! Only thing right was they did cut it in half!! Horrible service experience.

I don’t know why it has 3.8 because it should have 5 stars. We went through the drive thru at 1:30 am on Sunday and the food and service was amazing. The person working was an assistant manager, I don’t remember his name but he provided great service.

Today I went to buy some ice cream shakes and there were two different lines to order. I arrived and called several times but nobody answered, I continued to move forward and upom arriving at the window, I asked if is not working the speaker system, the guy at the window who I supposed could probably be the manager given the way he spoke to me, he told me the speaker works, but they were busy with another order and if I disconnected order there then I have to make the line again. I told him if they were busy with another customer, they should have let me know to hold on a moment please so at least the costumes know to wait there, and telling me to make the line again is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. I am beyond angry..
