Nice Burger King, clean, friendly staff, love the soda machine with multiple Coke options if you like Vanilla Cherry Coke or Orange Vanilla Coke options. I was spending a night at the Holiday Inn Miami Airport across the street and just walked over for breakfast.

Closed the lobby at 7:45pm because of the manager! I don’t have a car. So I can’t use drive thru. Worst experience. So much for convenience across the street from The Holiday Inn Miami international.

This place is a nightmare!! I waited 26 minutes for 2 croissantwiches and they were too disgusting to eat! Bathrooms are horrendous and sticky! They need to be shutdown by a health inspector!

I hope that the head manager and owner sees this review. I have been served raw bacon on my Texas whopper and on my double cheeseburger the last 3 times that I have visited this restaurant. The bacon is very pale and white. Bacon is supposed to be cooked completely through until it is browned.

The last time that I went in on August 8th at 7:42 p.m. I specifically asked the gentleman who took my order with the person preparing my food standing right there if they can cook the bacon in the microwave before they put it on my burger? I explained the issue and told them that the bacon needed to be cooked until it’s brown. When I got home I saw that the bacon was still uncooked. They are going to give people possibly worms. I’m wondering how many people have caught parasites from eating at this restaurant? They said that they cook the bacon in the morning. Whoever is cooking does not know what they are doing. I have called the restaurant on four different occasions and let the phone ring many times and they refuse to pick up the phone. I hope that they start serving me cooked bacon. Otherwise I think the health department needs to come check this out. It has been over a time frame of around 5 months that they have been serving people raw bacon at this restaurant at least. Probably much longer.

It’s Burger King, not much to say. Like most if not all fast food places, good luck getting food presented as pictured. My double cheeseburger looked like it was run over by a truck, lol. The soda dispenser was a few cups short on syrup, tasted like 99% Co2.

Horrible experience- ordered online as the website states order online option at this location. The status of the order updated to delivered yet nothing was delivered. Called and the worker stated they cant do anything and don’t know about this order. I gave name, order number and was put on hold for supervisor. The supervisor did nothing but state “the driver must of taken it” as in stolen it. She then advised just to order again- even though the credit card was charged plus delivery fee was charged (5.99$). This order was for my elderly parents at a hotel in Miami during a rainstorm which prevented them from walking there. The least that could of been done is apologize and re do the order or refund. neither was offered and no contact info for the online delivery service was provided.

Super dirty, took 30 min to get a whopper, and the whopper was soaked and had no tomatoes and pickles, mayo was smelly and customer service was extremely rude and they took the used bag of another customer who didn’t like her order and put my sandwich in it.

I am from out of town, and BK is my favorite place for a quick bite. This place was close to where I was staying and near the airport. The food both times I went was cold. The first time they had us waiting and the food should have been hot since we made a special order but everything was cold. Plus, we were so tired we forgot our desserts. The second time was a special order whopper with onion rings, and the burger and rings were cold. Why is the burger cold? They probably took one that was sitting on the warmer and added an extra tomato, mayo, and removed one ring of onion. This restaurant needs a quality check by the district or something cause they are putting out garbage.

I had to pay original price for my order because the coupon my Burger King app had wasn’t loading in their system. Instead of honoring it they made me pay full price. I worked at Burger King for years and I know they could have given the coupon price but none of the managers tried to do anything about it. The most helpful one was the cashier. She was the only one interested in helping me. Talk about lazy people
