I had such a great experience at the Burger King on 115th Ave and 40th St on Bird Road thanks to Hazel. It was really late around 1:27 am and they close at 2, but he was still so kind, patient, and welcoming. You could tell he genuinely cared even though it was the end of a long shift.
The service was super fast and the food came out hot, fresh, and honestly delicious. Ordering on the app made everything really easy too, which I appreciated that late at night.
As someone who usually chooses McDonald’s, this visit surprised me in the best way. Burger King definitely has something that makes me want to come back for more. Huge thank you to Hazel for the great service. I will absolutely be returning to this location

I went to this burger king because you can have it your way sometimes, lol. I asked the young man if I could have fresh fries and fresh onion rings from when I walked in. I observed the fries sitting there with the onion rings for 8 to 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. When I placed my order and asked for fresh fries and onion rings, the young man said sure. A minute later, I saw him grab an onion ring with a plastic tool and eat it to check how fresh it was not bit thats not the way to do ot and he was having a full conversationover the food with an older ladybthat was so short she was level withbthe food. He then asked the cook to drop more fries and onion rings, which she did. However, the person packing the bags tje older lady didn’t seem to care and gave me cold fries and onion rings, as if she didn’t care that I asked for fresh food. So, I returned the food and waited to get fresh food. She had a very bad attitude that doesn’t go with the Burger King slogan.

First time trying the BK Breakfast Meal and it was pretty good. The pancakes were on point, the hash browns were crispy and good, and the food was a good serving. The only thing I didn’t like about the meal was the sausage which I’m a pretty big fan of but they didn’t serve hot and fresh. But overall the meal was good and I would give it a 8/10.

Oh boy!!!! VERY, VERY slow here guys. Line of people waiting inside they only handle drive through orders apparently all of us inside are forced to wait 10-15 minutes for a meal. Don’t come here… I asked the manager why it took so long, and she said Burger have to be grilled as they are ordered, I think she might think I was born yesterday… what happened to Burger King?

The burgers tasted average. Fries were dry. Chicken nuggets tasted nasty. My boyfriend found a sticker in his whopper. Manager didn’t even seem surprised but embarrassed. As if this may be an usual for him. He did not tell me if he was going to do anything to solve this aside from offering the burger. I doubt, he will do anything to the employee. Do not come here AT ALL.

STEVE AT THE TAKE OUT WINDOW IS THE best order taker I have experienced for over 60 years since the 1st Burger King on Dixie Hwy when it was it takes 2 hands to handle a Wopper. Steve is call, professional ,repeats your order at the end, is very well dressed in his uniform, voice is clear, calming, enthusiastic, pleasant. I highly recommend him for a big Raise. And have him train the trainers. He will make a great store manager! Food was fresh, well cooked and day lady manager was pleasant. You will improve store business growth with Steve! Great flame broiled burgers and fries

Every time I go to this Burger King it’s really frustrating, they don’t have a lot of thing like nuggets or shakes or the order isn’t complete when i arrive to home. Now, I ordered a shake and the girl told me that they don’t have shake, cause the machine is out of service, it’s not cause I bought 4 hours ago a shake, its just that the machine was cleaned before time like every single day, that’s the reason, making the client upset because they can’t order what they want cause the employees turn it off the machine and the Burger King close at 12. Also sometimes they make the client wait parked at the front door till 15-20 min. The employees there, like this 2 girls, they don’t have the right customer service and respect to the customer. They were listening music and singing, reason why she took wrong my order and had to pay me back the extra. Also, I said to her that every time is a bad experience going there and she answer: then, why are you here? laughing.
Burger King you should do something with this. This is annoying and every day your name and reputation is going down.
