I come to this Burger King every so often and I usually get good service but TODAY, they went above and beyond! I had a bad day today and just wanted something quick to eat. I pulled up to the window just to order a whopper. The gentleman at the first window was so professional and inviting. The young woman at the second window was also the same. But I really want to commend whoever made my whopper today because babyyyyy lol I never seen a whopper made with so much care lol. Wrapped it all cute and everything. All 3 individuals need a raise! lol definitely made my day

Terrible experience. I ordered two BBQ Brisket Whoppers. And it looks nothing like the image they promote or the ingredients listed in the description. I don’t understand why they’d skimp on ingredients for something we’re paying for and isn’t free. Just a little bit of beef brisket. No crispy onions or cheese. Also, I asked to add lettuce and they said they didn’t have any. Most of the menu has lettuce and they don’t have any? How crazy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this bad experience at this place. They should close it down if it doesn’t represent or have the Burger King concept. This burger is a king without a crown.

This BK was recently remodeled, and the food is actually pretty good (for BK that is). The place is also fairly clean still as well. Staff is nice! I’d suggest getting chicken, the burgers are not that good.

Stopped at this Burger King on Sunday, Jan 11 around 4:40 AM. It’s listed as open 24 hours, but no one responded at the drive-thru speaker. When I pulled up to the window, two employees were inside on their phones and ignored me, even after I tried to get their attention.
I hope the management reviews overnight operations and ensures employees are actually available to serve customers during posted hours.

Went to Burger King for some breakfast. They’re tater tarts are burnt and soggy. It smells like they fried it in old grease. They probably re-dropped it twice. The worst experience of Burger King breakfast ever. I cuss people out because I like Burger King breakfast better than McDonald’s. But now I’m rethinking it.

I just left this restaurant and I’m enjoying my food!
I went through the drive-thru, was greeted very nicely by a young man who took my order without any issues. His tone of voice was welcoming and demonstrated his interest in servicing me. While paying, I said the name on his tag, asked if I said it correctly, and told him: “I’m going to do a review on your good service. That’s why I asked about your name.”
With a smile and bright eyes, he said: “My name is Prince. Like Prince Harry. Thank you so much!”
In fact, everyone on the crew seemed as if they enjoyed working together. It is another good experience for me!
Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to a good worker and his crewmembers!!!

This is how their poor staff makes their burgers. The last time i ordered a whopper with cheese, they forgot the cheese and made it just as sloppy. The whole staff do nothing but play around and this is the results. The manager was nice about the situation but this is unacceptable.
