– 1st visit: Ordered a Fully Loaded Croissan’wich and received it without the black Forrest ham, unfortunately. Very disappointing, as I was looking forward to trying something new on the menu this time.

Restroom doors STAY LOCKED! Employee said that if it’s locked, then that means someone is in there. Nobody responded. So the restroom is unavailable. This happened multiple times. They locked restrooms for no reason.
– EDIT on next visit: Restrooms Locked and blocked off at 9:30AM on a Sunday! I HATE this location! Sometimes the entrance door on NW 13th Ave is locked. WHY?

Look i understand no one wants to be working the night shift it sucks, but why is my order taking over an hour to get wrapped up? If the employees are not going to work the night shift properly just remove the “24 hours open” damned statement cause clearly they are not. I get home really late around 11:30 pm and there was nothing to eat at home. I needed to shower and put things away, and doing all that my order is still wasn’t being sent. Probably going to put this specific burger king on my blacklist of places not to order from ever again. The food trucks have better serving time.

This is a well run Burger King. These days I rarely eat BK but I really enjoyed this experience. I ordered on the kiosk and I waited less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and my brief interaction with the staff was pleasant.

Came in at 3:50 AM to get some food and they’re saying that their system is down it says this place is online for 24 hours. The workers were literally not doing anything just sitting there and said that they can’t take my order and I have to just order it online and DoorDash. I tried to order on DoorDash for pick up, but it wouldn’t let me horrible customer service and complete waste of time. Why do they have workers at 4 AM if all of their systems are down doesn’t make sense.
