This Burger King ask me to pull around and they will bring my food out to me. They never did!! After waiting for 12-15 mins I went inside and the food was just sitting they’re getting cold. I asked for my money back and was told you order it online and you can dispute the charges and get a full refund. When I dispute the charges, they told me they can only give me five dollars on the $13 order we’re just crazy because the manager can’t guarantee me to get a full refund which you didn’t happen. I suggest to anyone if they ask you to pull around to the front don’t do it. Just stay on the clock until you get your food, but at least a homeless person was able to eat today.

I usually have a good experience at the Burger King. The food us always fresh. The concern that I have is like other business that take cash, their policy on this so call penny shortage. The penny is in circulation. The government has chosen to not produce anymore. Managers make your trips to the bankers and get them. You should not shortcut the customer because you did not get pennies for change.

Placed an order thru the app to pickup.. was missing items which I managed to get in the drive thru before I drove off. (Got the 2 whopper, 2 chicken sandwich & 2 nuggets deal) and the new candied bacon whopper meal. Was missing a whopper and order of nuggets from the bundle order… and although the taste was good, I was not at all impressed with the new candied bacon whopper. For it to be advertised as a BACON whopper… it only had one small half strip of bacon on it. This whopper is like $2 more expensive than a regular whopper… give me my damn bacon. Such a waste of $. Didn’t eat the nuggets last night so I popped them in my air fryer today and noticed they’re all extremely tiny.. and I’m not even exaggerating, they might as well be popcorn chicken bites they’re so tiny.

Had to go to Wendy’s for Breakfast. Spanish crew member or manager said that lobby wouldn’t open until maybe 7 or 8 am today, waiting for a cashier? because she was alone inside. They always open at 6 am for us early birds. I am a respectful young man, well mannered and I think she profiled me as homeless or something else idk. because I take my morning walks from my neighborhood to this plaza.

Me and my colleagues come here a lot because we work close by, usually I would go in for a burger and a drink, I was waiting for my order to be rung up because I ordered at the kiosk but I had cash, and it was 2 girls who were giggling and on there phones while I was patiently waiting. My friend soon ordered an ice cream and one of the girls (light skin with braids and short, her name was bri something I forgot) she gave my friend the ice cream and took it back and said “this for you” and gave her the most disgusted face. I was in awe. I have never seen fast food workers body shame someone. But this isn’t the first time everytime I go in there around the same time she has an attitude and she is really rude, I have never been displeased by service before but this is outrageous. And she’s constantly yelling at her workers too. The food was amazing and the store was clean, but I will never order again if she’s in there.

Awful. The biscuit was hard, they didn’t follow the instructions of adding bacon. Soggy French toast sticks that were all broken. It’s 9AM and we were the only ones ordering and they still couldn’t get it right. Avoid at all costs!

I keep shooting myself in the foot , by going back here . Today is sept.28/2025i ask for a bacon double cheeseburger , well done and the manager a hispanic young lady was so busy picking at a haitian couple that she gave me a cheeseburger with bacon . I tell you , Do not go here !!!!!!!!! Then i asked for well done they gave me that burger straight out of the trey of burgers , which when you ask for well done it takes longer . My meal was given to me in 2mins . It couldn’t have been put over the broiler again . Im telling you they need to close this place and put a chickfila there it would a better use of space . Im starting a petition to close this burger king . They always hire the most disrespectful managers and stafff ! Lets get this place gone out of our community! Burger king has to go , who’s with me !!!!!!!!!!

One of the fries had hair on it and my chicken fries were old, soggy and broken up into a million pieces. I’m not even sure that I received 12 pieces. I’m not sure who made that but that’s definitely not how a paying customer should receive their food. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!!

Purchased a bacon king meal off the broiler with a coupon. Food came out as asked. Staff? Not so customer service oriented. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. I’m impressed! Lost a star for customer service but everything else was on point.
