My mom got a fish sandwich and it had a piece of plastic in it also they charge extra you better off going to the one on 57th Ave right next to the pet supermarket and they charge you less and you get fresh fries every time and everyone there is nice but the one on 47 everyone has an attitude except for Linda she nice in their service is slow avoid it at all costs they need new management I rather drive the extra 10 minutes

Stopped in here to get breakfast yesterday. And there was a gentleman that is bisexual and very fluent about it, hasn’t he likes men and he was very rude. I asked him for a cup of water and ice, YI went onto the app to order it, and then I also asked him if I can use the bathroom, he stated that I’m not allowed to hang out in there all day. I have never been to this Burger King in my life, and I had no Intention of sitting in this Burger King all day, I had no clue what he was talking about, I gave him the key back and walked out of the Burger King, they will not be getting my money, terrible service, terrible customer service and the staff is rude, ignorant and slow.n I will also be reporting this to the manager after I’m done work today. I will be going there and speaking about it. Because that is not fair to be treated that way. He made me feel so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave.

This Burger King wasn’t always perfect, but the older staff made the best of what they had and always treated customers with respect. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill with the new staff. The service has become much worse—long wait times, rude management, and an overall bad experience. I work just down the street, but I’d rather drive to the location on 57th Ave than ever come back here again.

I was going on my way to work, when i decided that i wanted a burger King and i went to the drive thru: Worst experience ever. The customer Service was awful, just rude and they had to remake my order 2 times. If you dont want to work serving people, then dont work in costumer service. The food was just like any other BK. If you can, go to another one on the way.

I ordered a 9 piece chicken fries meal…. they literally counted out 4 stick and 5 pieces and crumbs to make 9. I order through uber eats they could have not taken the order or canceled it on their end. Instead they took my money and gave me the nastiest meal ever!!! The fries and burgers were cold. They were better off sending me frozen fries so I can fry them my damn self at home!!!! Absolutely disappointing especially for the staff members who thought this was acceptable!

Please please avoid this place like a plegue at all costs , the food is great, THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE !!!!!! Omg do they take forever .!!!!!! I’m got its burgers and Fries !!!! Still take for ever and the drive through I believe each day is the worse then the last time !!!!!!!! I’ve ordered mobile orders to pickup drive its through ,and still talked 7-14 mins just to get my food, I have to say I don’t thing I been to any other places that’s this bad the service and speed … but this one right here seriously takes the whole cake !!!!! Stay away now I can see why it’s useally dead too .
