I love Burguer King , but this location is the worst I have ever been in my entire life, the Bathroom was locked , I asked kindly the cashier if I needes a key, She told me it was open , I went back to double checked and It was locked. An Uber driver came , ask for the restroom as well and The woman at the Register told him it was out of order, She didn’t want to let him.use it. I requested to open the door after I ordered and same answer Out of order , I canceled the entire order and another person came to tell me the RESTROOM WAS WORKING, I WENT again and knocked and guess what an employee came out , she was locked there when somebody else was waiting long to use it, there were 2 bathrooms to use , so why she was locked there? I have a bladder condition and I could have pee there in my pants , this people is rude , inefficient and they don’t care about their customers. The Manager instead of apologize told me.to shut up and not talking shit. I never had trouble in the places I visit, the 99% of my reviews are positive and nice, but this place was the worst ever!
Bathrooms were so dirty that I just left without eating after I used it, I didn’t want to eat there . 01/04/2026 02 :00 pm .

They still got me in line after 52mins wait telling us not to move up so they won’t know they are moving beyond slow. When I got the food it was terrible. Need to do better if this is a fast food place not a 5 star restaurant

I was waiting in the drive-thru for a long time and ended up having to come inside. When I walked in, I saw there was only one employee working both the front counter and the drive-thru. She stayed calm and was doing her best, but it’s clear she needed help. The wait was long and the experience felt unorganized, but none of it was her fault — management should’ve had more staff scheduled. But at least you could tell the employee had enthusiasm even though she was by herself…. There was a customer being very nasty towards her but she still kept a smile good job young girl but management need to hire more employees!!

Customer service is horrible at this location came there 3 times within 2 weeks on two different shift requested a refund twice
the first time they wouldnt honor my coupon hispanic lady said i was supposed to give her the code in the drive thru she rang it up whopper Wednesday at regular price manager made me take a picture of receipt instead of giving me a refund receipt she told me i dont need a receipt because the didnt charge me. Today i use a coupon for breakfast 2 crosaints they wouldnt swap the coffee for a drink without extra charge. I asked for my patties out the fryer always an attitude like its too much to ask. The hashbrowns tasted refried and the sausage pattie taste over cooked. The experience is not pleasant when fresh food is asked for. Maybe its just me.

This don’t make no since . We were in drive through line for 30 mins the line was horribly long. When we finally reached the cashier window the lady with a Caribbean accent say that she only has one leg and we had to open our car door to get out to pay her because she wouldn’t move. Then she said no change we waited about 5 more minutes before she came back . Certain employees will kill your business ! It was about 7 more cars behind us . If the owner knew what was happening here I can guarantee they would not like this . Get rid of these attitude having women ! It’s bad for business!

Entire order was completely wrong. We ordered on the app, and at other places including other BK locations I’ve never had this much of a problem. The cashier had us wait at the first window, again we ordered mobile, and was very rude and there was no reason to wait at the first window.

DON’T ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS BC, they made me wait for 10 minutes to give me my order all while it was standing ready right there!! They even asked for a name on the order for 3 times, and it was right there. The representative in question (I didn’t get her name) was a ++++ size black lady. The incident happened December 4th, 2025 at around 1:25 pm.
Other customers picking up were also waiting forever. It’s beyond subpar and combined with extremely high prices no surprise fastfood chans like BC are loosing customers.

Went here and bought $44.00 worth of food. They were very busy….Everything was in bag except an onion ring. The help was very nice. When getting home the food was AWFUL !!! Not editable… all buns burnt , one whopper had two bottom buns, toppings missing and the list goes on… we were unable to eat but it was 10pm I did not take The entire order back yet it was to late… I saved food receipt and the food. I will be taking it back today to get a refund. I tried calling no answer mailbox full. I have 2 BK’s near me and this is probably around the 6 visits and quality of food has went down. The other one near us we will not go back due to the rude staff. I really hope they review the reviews and take action this time around with that being said this is my last visit to BK sadly. We used too enjoy BK. The pictures are supposed to be a whopper w/ chz and new south west burger.

Just close it down and prevent the further tarnish of the Burger king name. Big mistake stopping here. Drinks broken, no sauces (ran out). Just plain awful. Burgers were obviously likely microwaved but definitely not fresh. Very sad wasted $25.
