This is by far the worst Burger King I have been to. I ordered online and the staff took a million years to prepare my food, and when I received it there was stuff missing such as my fries which were in the meal. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me the stuff I was missing. There was a lot of costumer who were waiting for their food too and the staff just gave everyone a dirty look like we were wasting their time. They didn’t even apologize.Also, I got a chicken sandwich which came burnt. Never in my life have I seen a fast food chain give burn food. My friend also ordered some stuff and was waiting for her food 30 minutes just to look at one of the staff on their phone watching videos. My friend had to go up and ask them about her food. Anyways, never coming back here again. The service was so bad I had to write a review.

This Burger King Location seem to not be able to hire competent employees every since it open. It’s obvious of the customer service and the handling of the food they don’t want to work. When there is no customers the whole crew step out of the back door to smoke cigarettes instead of cleaning the lobby area windows for one thing. I really don’t think this Burger is going be open to much longer. Food presentation looks like they are feeding dogs from the streets. What a great location for a Burger King lobby and drive Thur food Service that just not manage right. Fired everyone. How can one mess of a Whopper Sandwich?

These people suck at service. Have continuously given benefits of doubt and have been gracious about the amount of times they have messed up orders and skip at the Mike/menu. Sticking to Micky D’s across the street where they know what they’re doing!!!!!

My husband and I were waiting at the counter to place our order. After a couple of minutes, an employee walked up to the register and asked, “What can I get you?”. I returned with “hello!” and then we placed our order. Friendly greeting from her, right? She handed us our cups to get our beverages. They have a machine where you can order all different sodas and add all of those cool flavors. No ice. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us. We asked another employee if she could get us some ice from the machine behind the counter. She was nice and grabbed us ice. Went back to the beverage machine, and they’re out of 3/4 of the options. Thanks. Another customer walked in and was telling us how he was there a week before and it was out of regular sodas. Our food was then ready for us. I checked the bag to make sure everything was there. We ordered onion rings so I asked for some dipping sauce…”we’re out”, then she offered ranch. If they’re out then why put it on our receipt? Fine, we’ll take the ranch. Got home and the onion rings were mushy. Between the friendly service and being out of items, I don’t think we’ll return.

This restaurant used to be a franchisee. It is being run by Burger King themselves. Now. These franchises the lobby and dining area were dirty. The employees were extremely slow and the drink machine over half of the selections were empty and and just the same as it was when the franchisee owned it
