I really want to give this location more stars, but they’ll have to earn it. When I offered up the first attempt at a greeting, I said “hello” at the counter, where the approaching manager ignored me and shouted to the back of the kitchen for a cashier. Overall, it’s a very clean facility, as it should be considering it’s empty. The prices are like everything else these days, high – an impossible whopper, medium fry and small drink $14.08. The upside to a slower-than-usual fast-food experience is the meal was freshly made. I feel for this location, it deserves to be lively. I assume their drive thru business is thriving. Their huge parking lot could easily be setup with a fair or market on weekends. Kudos to the staff, clearly bored, keep busy in spite of the lack of customers.

Went to BK wanting some quick slop, didn’t expect it to be so bad it’s inedible. The photo is supposed to be a chicken sandwich. Doesn’t even resemble one. Give this hole a wide berth and go to McDonald’s or something.

Every single time I come to this Burger King for an order that should have already been ready to go, the food is never ready. They don’t start preparing the food until you reach the window. All good for someone who doesn’t mind waiting, but there’s a reason why people place orders early because they’re on a time schedule. They really need new employees at this location.

The customer service was excellent, the manager Jenn, who took my order was respectful, kind, and friendly, the food was delivered quickly, fresh, and cooked to perfection, my family loved it, and I highly recommend this place.
From now on, we will continue to return, they really do live up to their name

With the new administration, everything is very different, the place is super clean, organized, it gives the impression that you are entering the restaurant what is not fast food.

Employees don’t care what you order you get what they give you. Woman with beard must have hearing problem. Fries were not cooked well and shake machine was down before 7. This place sucks!! Threw all the food in the garbage waist of money in my opinion.

Did corporate change their motto from “have it your way” to “you rule” so you could serve whatever you want? How many times would I have to ask for “just cheese and ketchup” before getting a burger that’s actually just cheese and ketchup? At least three – ’cause two didn’t cut it. The only good thing I have to say is that at least the food no longer gives you food poisoning.

Very clean space! The floors are swept and the tables are clean.
This is probably the fastest fast food place I’ve been to in a while without being served stale or otherwise cold, already prepared food.
The lady on shift, Amber, was genuinely friendly and seemed to like her job too. Great customer service.

Me and my friends went to this burger for lunch, and a employee named, Shirley, rolled her eyes as soon as she saw us then proceeded to walk over to the counter and say “I hate to say this but I really need a cigarette before I bite someone’s head off” she also is slamming food on the counter. This behavior is unacceptable. Will not be eating at this location again.

My son and I often go to this Burger King for breakfast. It’s always been an enjoyable meal. They recently renovated the outside and the inside which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. The manager Nicole sometimes goes out of her way to check up on us. Food is delicious and freshly prepared.

9:50 am 12/27/25. After helping 2 guests ahead of me the cashier walked away without saying anything. A few minutes later another lady walked in who apologized for not having her drawer ready and not knowing the system well as she “doesn’t usually open”. The other woman came back and THREW the drawer on the counter then took her drawer out and clocked out saying “SHE’LL have to help you, I’M clocking out”. The new cashier was speechless as she fixed the money in her drawer and waiting for another person to clock her in. As the prep team shook their head like it wasn’t the first time. With Negative Nancy gone, the whole environment changed as I was very patient and got the team laughing and in a great mood b4 leaving. No work environment should be like this and this employee obviously has been acting like this for a while. Get rid of her.
