Jakeem went above and beyond what the manager and girl behind the counter would do.. was waiting very close to 10 minutes to order no one is in the lobby the girl behind the counter was really occupied with drive thru.. the manager ( lady ) asked if i was helped yet and I replied no but the girl running around will help when she can.. manager walked away… A few minutes later jakeem asked the same question and he said oh let me get your order…. This is customer service!!!! Manager could learn from jakeem! Food was good and restaurant lobby very clean.

Stopped by this Burger King on my way out of Vero. I have allergies so getting food from a fast food place can be a little scary. The young lady taking my order was very precise in getting my order correct (I could see it on the screen) and my receipt. The lady preparing my sandwiches didn’t prepare it correct the first time, I know because I saw the two of them talking and she re-did my order. It took them a little time, because she took care in making the sandwiches.

Only two people working,very slow,sticky and dirty floors, the original chicken sandwich didn’t taste like it is suppose to it tasted like it was cooked in the breakfast grease so they aren’t cleaning properly didn’t finish my food made me sick. Won’t be eating here again. Needs to be shut down.

Such a shame to have this restaurant in such a nice town. Chicken sandwich tasted like someone poured salt on it. Bacon king had 1 slice of bacon and the burger was dripping mayonnaise. Disgusting! After paid for order was asked to park in parking lot to wait for order. There were no other cars in the drive-thru and none driving up when I left.

Poor service. The guy taking orders (manager?) was rude and acted like customers were bothering him. Employee sitting in the restaurant eating was cussing very loudly with kids and faimlys around was very unprofessional. Other employees are sitting around not working with a line of people waiting to order.. floors sticky, tables dirty.. just not good

Worst burger king I have ever been to. Never have I ever had a good experience at this location. Drive thru not working? Don’t worry, they won’t tell you. Nor will they acknowledge your existence as you pull up to the window and wait assuming maybe their speaker didn’t work. Just terrible service all the way around on any trip I’ve ever had to this location!

This lady was so rude it’s Sunday 12:38PM. We waited at the intercom for over 5 mins and yeah she had a line but it takes 2 seconds to say give me a minute so we drove up to the window and tells us”go around because I had a line I can’t take your order here”. This Burger King seems to always be having a problem with their system and registers. They hardly ever honor coupons or discounts, and are often out of stock on menu items. Most of the staff is friendly but there are a couple of strange and creepy associates that hang out in the dining room and make customers uncomfortable.

I recently went here to have Lunch and it took thirty minutes for them to give me my one meal and yet to give it to me wrong. I asked for napkins and they said to go to the bathroom and grab Toilet paper Since they ran out. The staff was not Working properly while there was screaming and laughter in the back. The place was not busy on the inside or the drive thru and it was dirty and filthy with napkin, straws and food on the table and floor. Never again am I Going here.

My son and I often go to this Burger King for breakfast. It’s always been an enjoyable meal. They recently renovated the outside and the inside which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. The manager Nicole sometimes goes out of her way to check up on us. Food is delicious and freshly prepared.
