I give this restaurant four stars because I have just taken over this restaurant with in the last few months. It is a work in progress and there are massive improvements to be made and they are being made. I apologize for any service that was not satisfactory. I am currently teaching my management staff, the value of leadership versus management and the importance of creating the best guest experience. It is a work in progress. I have great pride in my store and how far they have come thus far and how far we will continue to go if anybody in the community does have an issue and feels that it needs to be addressed. I am open to have a conversation and to rectify any dis satisfaction you may have felt I can assure you that food safety is my top concern and has been fully addressed. I recognized that Our ice cream machine is still currently broken and the new ownership is working to correct that situation so that at least by summer you will be able to get that sweet treat that you are craving. The store has been cleaned from floor to ceiling. It has been said that it is one of the cleanest Burger King‘s they have seen in a while from the front of the house to the back of the house. My employees are becoming kinder and more respectful, and if they are not, they are held accountable. They will always be issues in a fast food restaurant, but I am here to correct them as quickly as I can, you’re a Burger King experience is my top priority and I appreciate all feedback whether it be positive or negative so we can continue to serve, smiles, delicious food, and excellent guest service.

The manager Rhianna was an absolute professional when my order came out incorrect. She handled it with true concern and rectified it immediately. I have run and owned businesses for over forty years and would hire this young lady immediately. My hats off to Burger King for hiring this young lady I have no doubt in her future success!

The food is always cold, the fries are always nasty chewy and old, the sodas have a weird moldy taste and the staff is air headed as can be. Do they just hire anyone? They can neverrrrrr get anything right. This is the least hard job yall could ever have. I’ve worked in plenty of fast food and restaurants, and it’s absolutely not rocket science. This place is a nightmare. Go to Wendy’s or McDonalds. Better off

If you don’t have the things to make the sandwich properly, just say it’s not available. This was disgusting, soggy and DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT BUN ON IT. We got no sauce *that we asked for twice* and no straw for three drinks. It’s 3pm. We were the only car in the drive through. This was ridiculous

This Burger has to be the worst one I have ever eaten at. The food is horrible and my order is always wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich from here and the chicken was RAW!!! The cheese wasn’t melted and I had no lettuce or tomato. Maybe if your employees were paying more attention to your food rather than ordering Chinese food. RAW chicken that is totally unacceptable.!!!!!

There is nothing good about fast food anymore. ZERO quality control.
Burgers filled with so much ketchup and mayonnaise that the bun is just a soggy wad of nastiness. Fries are like licking salt rocks.

Poor quality all around. Every bite of this impossible burger was mustard. Gobs and gobs of mustard. Onion rings cold, no onion ring sauce. Maybe it’s time for new management? Or maybe y’all should pay your employees more than a slave wage?

Tried to go there and get some food through the drive-through. I heard talking but no one answered for quite some time. Eventually, I pulled around the building where all the employees were standing outside smoking together at the same time. No wonder this place has such a horrible rating. I took a picture of these idiots all outside with no one inside to run the restaurant.

I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Which is ridiculous. When I asked after 12 minutes what the hold up was, the poor girl said it’s because the manager left. What kind of manager do you have there that doesn’t teach the staff how to operate even when th manager is off site?
