This location is very hit-or-miss. The service is often slow, and the food quality is inconsistent—one day it’s good, the next day it’s terrible. It really seems to depend on who’s working, as that greatly affects how your order is handled.
I’ve had meals that were fresh and well-prepared, and others that tasted old and poorly made. Waiting about 15 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and fries with only three people in the store feels excessive.
On the positive side, the restaurant is clean since the remodel, which is appreciated. I’m always hoping for better consistency over time, but so far it’s been disappointing. It’s unfortunate to see the Burger King franchise slip so much compared to what it used to be.
Overall, this place has potential, but reliability and speed really need improvement

They consistently close early everyday. They do not stay open to the time they’re supposed to. I am hoping their manager starts looking into that and doing a better job as they will probably lose business if not. When they redid the building we hoped for a better service and better workers but they ended up just making it worse. Btw we came two separate times and they were closed between 11pm to 12am, when they are supposed to be open till 12.

Great new look but crap service. Drive through had 6 cars in the double lanes. Waiting to order. There were no cars between the speaker and the pick up window. After 10 minutes, one car was able to order and pull forward. A few minutes later after no one even acknowledged the next car( I checked my dash cam for the time and I had all my windows down cause it’s cool out). I decided to go inside. As I was ordering that one drive through customer asked for the manager, and complained about the excessively long wait to order. He argued that the customer was only waiting for 6 minutes. He took over the window and yelled at the older lady who was working the drive through. I got my food and it was made wrong. A whopper with cheese, only ketchup. They forgot the cheese and the woman at the counter seemed confused by my request for a cheese burger with only ketchup. Half the tables were covered in crumbs and salt. Very disappointed in the “new and improved” location.

On 3-5-2026, after having our order messed up 3 different times, my wife was served raw chicken (Honey mustard chicken wrap). Not under cooked — COMPLETELY raw. Staff did offer a replacement or refund, however, not knowing that we were still in the restaurant, We could clearly hear staff members talking negatively about us and the situation while they thought we had left.
A refund offer does not make up for serving raw chicken, and the way staff spoke about us when they thought we were gone shows a complete lack of professionalism and genuine concern.
We have reported this to Burger King corporate, Brevard Health Department and BBB (Better Business Bureau). Raw chicken is a serious food safety violation. Avoid this location.

This Burger King is very clean and the food is good, particularly the fries. However, the reason for this review is to commend Crystal, an employee who is very special. I saw her go out of her way to help a customer with disabilities with sincere reapect and kindness. She then helped other customers, and was just as nice. It is rare to see this anywhere. Witnessing her kindness made my day.

My ordering was going pretty good until i pulled up the window and there was a GIANT ROACH on the register(after i paid.)and he just flicked it off of it like it was nothing then is willing to say oops gotta call the exterminator just that not even apologizing then i saw roaches crawling on the stoves. worst experience 1star.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews. However, this location consistently shorts their drive thru costumers by doing things such as only giving you 8 nuggets or chicken fries when you order 12 or giving you a single patty on a double whopper. This has been a routine issue ever since the remodel.

Even after they gutted out the building it made it look brand new I’m surprise this location is still in business. I basically could have gone through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru three separate times faster than the drive-thru for two Whopper juniors.

I went into the Lobby. There were 3 people in the seating area. 3 people behind the counter. 1 person brought an order to the counter for carry out He said nothing to me. 2 other employees stood at the ordering filing area, I was well within their view. No one came to the register. No one said anything to me. No one even looked directly at me. No one was checking the register area for customers. I stood there for probably what seemed like 5 minutes but was probably about 3 or so but no one said anything or tried to take my order so I just walked out. Terrible customer service. It’s the first time I’ve been there since they remodeled and it will be the last time.

Never see anyone ordering here now i know why….. Awful service. 7pm Monday night MULTIPLE employees inside. Some man in a BK uniform standing around outside…. no one in drive through and won’t take an order inside the store. Didn’t ask nicely just told us go through drive thru even though there’s no one. Why are the doors unlocked if you aren’t serving people?
