Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at. We knew going in it had a bad reputation. We saw 5 cars in the parking lot so after avoiding it for years we decided to give it a try. We started at the drive thru. As usual it doesn’t work right so we went to the window. A very nice young man helped us with our order. I ordered a double whopper WITHOUT cheese pickle and mayo. We ordered a medium fries. What I got was a single whopper COLD with very little flavor. It came with LTO ketchup and 6 PICKLES. We got two small orders of fries. My wife ordered and receive a very poor fried chicken sandwich. She only ate 3 bites.
Avoid this BK at all costs. Never again for us. I don’t know how they stay open.

Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews… I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and i come every week. Very kind employees, fast service, and food has always been correct. In and out of the drive thru in less than two minutes!!

Ordered online mobile order. Whopper meal for two, a kids meal and a 2 cheeseburger meal. We order specifically on the app to remove items on the burger. We remained patient. Made the order In the resturant at 1:59pm, did not recieve food until 2:30pm. The staff were slow, unresponsive, and after multiple orders came, out they noticed I was still waiting. When shown the order the manager retrieved the food, which had been sitting out in the back for no one knows how long. When we opened the food everything was wrong.

Employees are routinely the worst. Whatever you’re thinking in your head right now, think worse than that. I don’t know how this place is even still here. One minute you’re in viera and once you go through these doors it’s university boulevard. Food is always wrong or cold or both. Employees hate their jobs, their lives, and for some reason hate you like it’s your fault they’re making minimum wage at Burger King. I will not be returning and I suggest no one else does either.

Slowest service of any BK I’ve been to. Last time waited in the drive thru for around five minutes before anyone responded to even take my order, then waited another 10-15 minutes at the window and heard one coworker tell the other a half dozen times to get the order made.

Didn’t get my drink with my pickup order but whoever is making the food is doing a great job. The front side employees need to get it together and put napkins, sauces and drinks on the orders. The restaurant needs a working ketchup dispenser, that’s also fills with ketchup, and they need napkin dispensers as well as straws. I won’t be returning but hope someone reads & follows through
