You can get points by using your military Star card at this Burger King. They had a special going for two meals for $10 today and since it’s on base there was no tax. We ordered a BK Original Chicken Sandwich meal and an Impossible King Whopper meal. Our food came out fast and was very good.

Pathetic establishment. They take advantage that they are one of the few places to eat on base, so they put zero effort to quality product and service. The ice cream machine and milk shake machine are always broke. Smoothies seem to be broke constantly too. They need to be kick out of the base and get another restaurant chain willing to do better for our military. Something healthier would be nice too! Old nasty fries!

Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Got a black coffee and some sugar and cream packets. Ordered a cheeseburger. Got a burger without cheese. Asked for ketchup with two large orders of hash browns. Got not even enough ketchup for one. Drive through always takes five times longer than it should. This place disappoints me almost every time I go there. It’s unfortunate the Dunkin donuts shut down on base.

Today’s meal was such a disappointment. Everything (fries, burgers, nuggets and cookies) all tasted like it was cooked and set under the heater units for hours. Nothing was fresh…even the bins weren’t warmed. I got 2 $5 for 4 meals and after 2 attempts…we just threw them away. Burger King here is only good when management is there to make sure the employees are properly timing the food. I’ve never had a meal this bad before.

Okay I tried the impossible Whopper and also their brand new Taco at the same time. The veggie Whopper also called impossible Whopper looked like they’re regular burger patty. I thought they had not given me one and then saw that it was gray inside and looked slightly different on the outside. The Taste does taste like chemicals and the smoke flavor tastes fake also but the smoke flavor is more smoke than on the Burger King beef patty. Patty was dry and i threw the bottom bread in the sack for bird food. Too much bread for such a thin patty.

The reason I gave this a 3-star rating is based on the fact I stood at the inside counter of Burger King, and in the front of the line, for ten-minutes waiting for my order to be taken. No one spoke to me or came back to the cash register. I stood there while service took care of car after car at the drive-through window. No-one turned to say I will be right with you, or apologize for the delay. They didn’t even look my way! Needless to say, I left without ordering. This review is about the service or lack thereof. I couldn’t review the food as I couldn’t get any to review.

Bought the ultimate breakfast, rather than telling me they did not have syrup for the pancakes, they tried to peddle the meal off on me. Decided to get refund and I left for someplace else to eat. Checked my card. No refund, and the female manager kept my receipt. Paid and got nothing, well played BK, well played.

Not sure what the problem is but I wished the previous management was still there. Egg and cheese croissant meal with 1 extra sandwich is not $10 dollars. I had someone pick up a meal for me this morning. You guys over charged then try to tell people you guys are right and being disrespectful. Very disappointing.
