This might’ve been the worst experience at a BK i’ve ever had. I’m a big fan of BK, they’ve got great burgers and onion rings, yet this place is an absolute disgrace to everything a BK is supposed to be. I went at around 5:45, ordered a pretty simple meal (2 cheeseburgers, onion rings, and the bacon tots) and drove up to the first window. I waited around 5 minutes for the person to even get to the window, I paid and then drove up to the second window. Keep in mind, I’m the only one in line. After waiting THIRTY MINUTES, they FINALLY gave me my food. The onion rings were cold. Burger was warm at best. I asked for 2 cheeseburgers with only pickles. They added tomatoes and onions. No pickles. The cheesy bacon tots also had no bacon in them? I ended up forcing myself to eat everything anyway, and it was not worth my money. I am never coming here again, and I will be telling everyone I know to never come here again. 0/10.

I stopped on the way to drop my daughter off at school to grab breakfast for us . Unfortunately, this is another not great review for this location! Online it says they are open and in person the drive-through speaker greets you and then nothing happens. I thought there was an issue with the drive-through speaker so I pulled around to the window and waited for a few minutes and nobody came to the window. So I parked and went inside the front door, which was unlocked only to be told that they were prepping, but not open to serve food until 8 AM. Looking at the rest of these reviews. It seems that this location needs to either decide to close or improve its service. A fast food place that does not open until 8 o’clock on a main road near schools and on the way to work for many is not the best business plan. How many people on weekdays look for breakfast at a fast food restaurant between eight and 10 compared to how many try to grab and go on the way to work. with that said, if a place is not going to open until 8 AM to serve, they need to make sure their speaker system is not greeting people on their way through the drive-through, their front door is not unlocked, and their sign stating times of opening and closing should at least have opening times on it.

Worst location I have ever been too. Drive through order took well over 10 minutes. There was 1 car ahead of me that’s it. And they had a small order. This location continues to be terrible service. Needs a new owner who cares enough to staff it properly.

Went to the Burger King in Avalon Park today and there was a sign on the drive-thru speaker saying they were out of meat. At a place that sells burgers. This isn’t even surprising — this location is always short-staffed, and even when you’re the only car in line, the wait is ridiculous. At this point, they should honestly close and let something else take its place.

There were 4 people in the kitchen. I was the only one there, and it took them over 30 minutes to deliver my order because they were “busy” serving food.
Dirty kitchen, bad drink machine (all drinks were sold out), dirty staff.

Need the outside cleaned up, talking about building lawn maintenance. Looking a bit run down. Depends on who’s working , sometime you get friendly service ,( most of that is daytime ) night time bit questionable. Food has just been so so. I really like burger kings so I hope they get their action together at this on on Avalon. Thanks

We came there at 10:28pm and how do y’all say your closed when you’re open 24 hours which means you close at 2 am I looked it up. I was in the middle of ordering and you turned off the intercom and everything. Which you didn’t tell us after we drive the second window and said y’all are closed. And being lazy and don’t wanna work this is by far the worst Burger King I’ve been .

I usually don’t like Burger King because they are always busy and sandwiches are always messed up… but today I decided to stop by and give a chance. The place was really clean and organized,the food was delicious and well prepared, fries crispy and hot!!! The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars was because they didn’t have napkins… no way Jose…. But the rest! Absolutely good, I was so tired of the day, then I decided to eat inside, the atmosphere at 3pm was nice and quiet!!! I left the place feeling relaxed and good.

Me and my wife just went to the drive through, at the ordering menu someone came on and said can I take your order?, my wife asked for a caramel sundae and we never heard back from the girl taking the order, we waited 2/3 minutes and then drove up to the window to pick up the sundae and nobody ever came to the window, there was 1 girl cleaning a table inside and said they were closed, it’s now 8:20pm on Friday night on 12/19/25.
