I was disappointed because this is the 2nd airport in Florida I order Burger King from and I specifically tell them I want a whopper OB FRESH & well done. That’s means overly cooked fresh out the oven. How hard is that? Now I ate an uncooked whopper and ima get on the plane and feel sick just because they don’t prioritize our orders and make sure what we request and pay for isn’t being done. Nobody listens to the customers anymore. It’s just collect money and give them what ever. I spent $40 on junk. This is legit pink. I need a refund!

The workers are rude and visibly hate their jobs. I say workers as it was several that clearly have no pride or care for their jobs. If you hate working fast food get another job. Or, take pride in what you do as that will transcend your job and help you in life.

We ordered breakfast to which they messed up and they weren’t even busy. We asked for syrup to which we got an eye roll and a sigh. Mentioned the Coke Zero wasn’t working and it was like the sky was falling and a shoulder shrug…ok & so what do you want me to do.
Well at least the hash browns were good and crispy. The rest was barely edible.
Considering their attitudes I am not surprised as that reflects in your work and output.

Surprisingly a very good burger king – went there on thanksgiving holiday weekend, and it was busy but they were pretty fast, and the food was hot and tasted fresh. Not only great for an airport fast food place, but also one of the best burger kings I went to.

A burger that looks like it’s seem some things that left it with PTSD and it’s no longer perceptible as it’s former self and barely held together.
Onion rings, somehow not crunchy, and also cold as the autopsy table they came from.
Even the pop machine has given up on living.
I don’t expect much from fast food, but dear God did this place exceed my expectations in delivering, what was quite likely the worst fast food I’ve ever had.
Just avoid this place. Get a taco, a hotdog or go to the outback… anywhere but here.

This might be my first 1-Star. Food was good, but service was absolutely useless. Order Burger, coffe and soda. Only got a burger. Three ladies avoided eye contact. I said I paid for beverages showing my receipt, but got no answer. Eventually I was told they don’t have coffee, they sell coffe over at the other places. Still no cup for soda as well. Several attempts to get help, suddenly one realized they have a coffe machine, with cold coffee. On the top of it all, it’s a record for slowest and most careless service I have spent money on.

3pm, waited about 5min and ordered a bacon king meal.
The lady who took my order was polite, rushing to accommodate so many people.
Food wait for 4min, came out warm /hot for fries and burger.
As good as I could have hoped for from a burger place in an airport.
Nothing amazing but still hot the spot and would get again.

These might be the dumbest employees to ever walk the earth. Not only did the mess up my order twice but after going back and explaining it was wrong they made 14 other orders before I had to tell them “can we fix my order before I miss my flight?” Go eat ANYWHERE else before you go to this nightmare of a place and they give you an attitude.

Wish I read all of the online reviews before I came here. Traveling January 4, 2026 at Orlando Terminal B. Waited 30 min in line at Burger King for a Whopper and two breakfast sandwiches. Manager did come out and say they ran out of meat which is why it took so long. Employees move at a snails pace. Went to the men’s bathroom around the corner and witnessed a Burger King employee use a urinal and not wash his hands then walk out. Just saw this same issue (no hand washing after the bathroom) in another review on Trip Advisor for this location. Lack of hygiene is very disappointing. Would not come back here.
