I have been going to this bk for many years this past week I have seen some major changes for the better. The gm Melissa actually came out and talked to all the guests to see how they were doing and to see if we needed any thing. The soda machine is finally opened back up. We are trying to find it. The sign is burned out, finally find it and the none of the drive through signs light up either. Then we finally get to the drive through for the gentleman to tell me he’d be right with me to then not come back for no less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable.

This Burger King is the best, I drove all the way here to get french toast because the one by my house refused to make me some at 12 noon. The lady gladly took my order and fulfilled my craving. Now this feels having my way! 10 thumbs up. Will continue to drive all the way here my home store lost a customer

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in terms of service. Staff is rude and will ignore you while making eye contact so you know you’re trash to them. They don’t have tissues readily available and keep the bathrooms locked. Asking staff politely for a simple tissue went ignored multiple times. The drive through experience is almost equally horrible. Do yourself a favor and give your business to any other Burger King if possible.

This morning I waa ignored by the staff while I was waiting for service at the counter. She even spoke to the customer beside me and still ignored me. Finally, after she finished an order at the window and after walking to the back she then asked to help me. This is not the first time that the customer service was bad.

I just left here with my family without ordering. We weren’t acknowledged. 2 people came to the register and both asked for me to wait a moment. Inside, there was 1 family of 2 dining. Inside is not packed. The person who came after us for a pickup order got served and acknowledged before us. This place would be better for drive thru then dine in.

Undercooked and overcooked. Old, disgusting food. I went through the drive-through for breakfast, but they told me they were only serving people inside the restaurant, for whatever reason. Parked and in I go… I got a sausage, egg and cheese croissant that was so old that the top layer of the croissant stuck to the paper it was wrapped in, with more cheese on the wrapper than on the sandwich. Also got French toast sticks, and they were undercooked. They’re frozen, you throw them in oil for a specific time, beeper goes off, dump sticks. How can anyone get this wrong? Garbage!
Aside from the poorly prepared food, the customer service is obsolete. Don’t even expect the bare minimum basic “hello” or a “thank you”. Wow.
