Wow! Where do I begin?
As a British person, I’m used to poor customer service, but here in the USA, the service like everything else is larger than life, but not here at Burger King on International Drive, especially if you’re served by Tiana, well, when she eventually drags her attitude laden self to the cash desk!!
Flanked with attitude, on giving back the change, it was simply met with “here”!!
Waited nearly 20 minutes for two simple meals!
The food was somewhat lackluster, like the service and cold, like the service! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!
The overall restaurant was dirty too!

There were only two employees working at the time, and the employee at the counter, Josh, was outstanding. He was fast, efficient, and incredibly thorough, all while maintaining a genuinely friendly and positive attitude. Despite clearly being under pressure, he handled everything with professionalism and a smile. He is easily one of the nicest and most impressive Burger King employees I’ve encountered, and his effort made the entire experience a positive one. I would highly recommend this location because of him.
That said, management should take note. Josh was carrying an enormous workload and doing everything he could to keep things running smoothly. Employees like him deserve proper support. His performance reflects extremely well on him, and he should be recognized and supported accordingly.

We went to this Burger and the young lady who took our order was great. Her name is Precious and she needs a raise. She was so kind and friendly. Her smile was great. I hope she sees this review she definitely lives up to her name.

This is the second Saturday that I have come through this particular Burger King. Had my order taken right away was met at the window by Melissa who is a general manager. What a pleasant person.

Had mobile order for 7:46 went through drive thru at that time and one of the workers told us to go park in the handicap spot which I already wasn’t comfortable with doing, but then waited for 20 minutes finally decided to walk in and ask if our order is on our way. Another worker was like oh yeah here’s your bags. Like please communicate with your workers and have better customer service please because now our food is cold.

Not only did they not give me a straw but also no ice and flat soda. The impossible burger hard to get wrong but they definitely got it wrong. The patties taste like they’ve been sitting out unrefrigerated for far too long and the fries are cold. I literally just ordered this, there’s absolutely no way any of this is fresh and honestly it seems like they just grabbed someone else’s order from the counter and called it mine. 100% not happy with this order and I will be contacting corporate.

Upon placing my order after what seemed like a literal half hour I pulled around to the first window to pay for my order. I intended to split the bill by paying $8 cash and the difference on my card, the employee helping me cashed out the order however it was done incorrectly so he contacted management. Manager comes over and berates worker in an ill gotten fashion. Instead of resolving the issue immediately (her behavior was very off putting). After the manager fixed the transaction, I drove up to the second window and was instructed to drive around building and park the food would be brought out. The food was then mad messy and cold and overall I never experienced something like this before especially when a manager does not come out to help the team

Food was fine but my main complaint here is the staff. They are unhappy and don’t even want to work here, giving non Hispanic people attitudes. Though the Hispanic couple behind me got a great big Hello and How Can I Serve You…when I, a non Hispanic got the cold shoulder
They gave me looks when I wanted to pay cash as well. Modern society is gonna fail if people don’t know what cash is .
One soda machine out of two was working, leading to relatively long lines behind the machine…half the soda in the machine was out as well.
Bathroom smells like someone pissed over everything except the toilet and the urinal is out of order
Over all, I’d rather spend my money at the rival burger joint across the street then spend my money here.
If the employees were nicer and not so damn rude looking then I’d be happy to spend my hard earned cash here. But since they wanna act like that then I’m happy to go elsewhere.

We got one with fries and one with onion rings. Onion rings are a bit dry. The server is very nice but it’s more customers than she can handle. Not her fault. We waited for a very long time to order.
Inside is Johnny rocket kind of 60s look. There is a jade color 70s thunderbird in there. Refreshing. There’s a dial-your-own soda machine. That means you can get zero calories and zero caffeine soda.
There are a few tables outside for patio dining. Quite clean.
Fill out the survey on the receipt within 48 hours you can redeem for a whopper with a purchase of a soft drink and fries.

This Burger King has a fun retro 50’s vibe with shiny chrome, bright colors, and that nostalgic diner feel. The restaurant itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a completely different story. It was so bad I wouldn’t have used it unless absolutely necessary (and even then, I regretted it). If they can bring the restroom up to the same standard as the rest of the restaurant, it’d be an easy five stars.
