The Burger King Burger Bar is part of the fast-food options at Universal’s Citywalk. Panda Express, Moe’s Southwest and Burger King make up a food court on the top level at Citywalk. There are several places to sit indoor and outdoor. The menu is a standard Burger King menu but there are several “extra” options you can add to your burger for a price.

The food was alright, but the staff kinda sucked. The cashier was talking to his friends and didn’t really listen to us when we ordered. He also made remarks when I asked questions like you must not be listening. Seemed like he didn’t want to take my order. I ordered the combo, but he charged me for burger and drink instead of combo which is more expensive. (Fryer was down, but I just wanted the cheaper price) 🙁
P.S. the bar in the name means that they can make edits to your whopper, not that they have drinks.

Absolutely terrible service I will never come back and try to order again. Yes, “try”, because I waited at least 15-20 minutes in line tonight just for a drink that’s all I wanted, literally a strawberry shake off the menu BEHIND THEM. It was right on there. Before I go up the one and only guy serving is completely talking down to customers, so rude, then I ask for the shake and he says “no shakes. Go to cold stones.” Pathetic. Such a waste of my vacation time. Do better. Don’t go here please. Should have known with how low the reviews are..

I was really disappointed with my visit. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, my burger was cold and soggy. The fries were undercooked, The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when I asked for a fix. Honestly, I expected a lot more from a place with “Whopper” in the name. The line was long even though the place was half-empty. When I finally got my order, my burger was missing toppings and the fries were soggy. The staff didn’t seem to care.the soda machine was broken, and the seating area was messy

The guy who took our order acted like he hated us personally the entire time. Like we were the biggest headache of his life and he wanted to punch us in the face. He clenched his jaw every time we talked, rolled his eyes and snatched the receipt and slammed down our cups aggressively. I don’t know what his problem is. Very limited seating, soda with no syrup, food didn’t taste like anything.

My friends and I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen at this location. We simply asked for the correct drink we ordered, and instead of helping us, the employee argued and criticized us about it. He actually challenged us, asking if we were “watching him pour it out” and kept asking “what color was it?” in a condescending tone — as if trying to prove we were wrong instead of just fixing the issue.
It was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. We weren’t being rude — we just wanted what we paid for. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, especially in such a busy, family-friendly place like CityWalk. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Burger King.

If youre here, and are tired after being in the park all day, and then you have to go to the bathroom really badly… My God have mercy on your soul. The bathroom is like a bajillion miles away, down the stairs, and I think in Georgia. Quick meal tho

Came in today and the cashier with dreads was super rude because we came in with more people. He didn’t want to help us and wanted the other guy to help us. We felt so rushed and he was annoyed. Worse Burger King ever. I will let HR know.
