Very nasty employees that appeared to hate their jobs. She literally said that I was holding up the drive-through because I asked for my burger to be made a specific way. I also had missing items and when I asked her about it, she gave me a really nasty attitude. I don’t recommend this. Burger King and I will never ever be back. She also gave me a large drink that was only 2/3 filled absolutely ridiculous.

Hope you got nothing to do,If you go through the drive through.Sometimes I feel there is only one person working here. They took long for our food and on top the onions rings they are old and taste old we ask a spicy chicken sandwich and didn’t give us the spicy chicken sandwich and then I call them more then 10 times and don’t answer there phone and still missing some of our order so if I go there. Enjoyed our meal- plenty of parking. A little challenging to get access because of the busy intersection. There’s an entry on Orange Ave and Sandlake road as well. Just the newer placed median makes you go down the road a bit.

Manager was super rude, employees were super nice, told me they had a strawberry pie and instead gave me a strawberry slushy, and they didn’t get my whopper right, and the manager lied saying they didn’t have any more SpongeBob stuff anymore and when they remade the order they put it in SpongeBob packing, why was the only worker besides the manager actually have customer service

Just ordered dine in and the woman who took my order was very nice but the man that called my order number shouldn’t work in food service. I asked him for a sweet and sour sauce and his response was “$0.27″… that’s low even for fast food. I would give 0 stars even I could for him alone.

BK has turned around on the food. Used to have to drown fries in ketchup to be able to eat, not hot and fresh can enjoy without condiments. Little annoying to have to repeat order at pickup because employees keep deleting orders to meet their times.. maybe management can stop using that .etric since it’s easily manipulated and annoying to customers to repeat the orders.
