Just ordered dine in and the woman who took my order was very nice but the man that called my order number shouldn’t work in food service. I asked him for a sweet and sour sauce and his response was “$0.27″… that’s low even for fast food. I would give 0 stars even I could for him alone.

I approached the drive thru just sitting there for a while 5mins waiting for my order to be taken. I would like to know why it’s 6:17am on my watch and nobody is at the drive thru window or not even answering? MOST BURGER KINGS IN ORLANDO IS TERRIBLE FOR NO REASON. I am so sick and tired of it. It doesn’t make any sense at all. McDonald’s across the street from it are very prompt. And this is one of the reasons why McDonald’s will always rule over Burger King.

Enjoyed our meal- plenty of parking. A little challenging to get access because of the busy intersection. There’s an entry on Orange Ave and Sandlake road as well. Just the newer placed median makes you go down the road a bit.

I really like visiting this location. They are more than helpful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. With that said, it’s right next to a Wawa. It’s located off of Sand lake road and Orange avenue and the SunRail is literally right across the street. This particular location is literally directly across from a McDonald’s and it’s still relevant is still in business and it seems to be doing well. There’s something at Burger King offers that McDonald’s doesn’t. I don’t know. I crave it personally. I don’t like visiting a lot of the BK locations in certain parts of Orlando, but this one is one of my favorite locations I have to say.

I ordered my meal and waited more than 10 minutes for it. Ordered a sprite was told they didn’t have sprite. Then they closed window and I didn’t even pay for meal. I got them to open window and asked if they wanted me to pay. Finally I asked for manager and he came to window and just closed it on me while I was talking Finally a young man that could speak English asked me what was going on. He even said the manager shouldn’t be there said he didn’t know what he was doing. Finally I payed for the by then cold whopper Jr’s. Would never go back to this place again. It should be closed.

While yes I did have to wait at the speaker for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes I think the real problem here is lack of staffing. The girl who took my order was great but while I was at the window I only saw her and one other lady. The girl in the drive thru was also having to take counter orders and hand out food to both. If you are short staffed maybe it would be wise to close the drive thru and only have dine in or to go orders at the counter. The food was warm when I got it though so that was nice.

This place desperately needs to go on undercover boss, I hardly ever write reviews but at 11:30 I could only see 3 employees on a week day. They were all working the drive through and completely ignoring me and 2 other in line after 10 minutes I said are you going to take my order?” And she replies yes I will once there are no more cars in the drive through. I said I’m not waiting for that huge line you need to help us standing in line. She finally comes over 5 minutes later and starts talking how I’m being rude and racist and she takes my order I order a large drink they don’t have any large cups she says but charges for me a large drink and refuses to make a price adjustment to a medium because she says she doesn’t have time. Food was ok, but worst employees ever.
