It was so much cleaner than I expected, and they decorated it so nicely absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and even though they didn’t have exactly what I wanted they were willing to work with me and get me out of there with a smile on my face. Neisha and Tae or wonderfully accommodated and I had a very lovely evening thanks to them. I would recommend this place to others and I hope they have a wonderful holiday season cause they really made mine.

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and don’t go to any other locations. The reason was this location before the remodel had great service and food. Since they’ve remodeled it and brought in the new management team, this location has went down. The new manager she is too much and not in the good way. She complains that she’s been there all day since 8 in the morning and it is time to go home. Managers should lead by example not act like that. Me as a customer, know you don’t say certain things while on the front floor where customers hear your conversation. Show some work ethic. I stopped going here after the new management came in but i was craving a Whopper, so I went.
I ordered my food, then another couple ordered within 5 minutes of my order. The couple ordered a same sandwich several of them as mine so the cook had to drop several of the same items to cook. It’s understandable that not all foods are cooked when ordering them. I ask the server after waiting 10 minutes can i get my sandwich, i shouldn’t have to wait for my food because the next persons order is not ready, mine was made just not given.
The manager and another young lady stated “yes please give her food to her” with an attitude like i was the problem.
Rather then speaking negative on a problem, when you see your customers are waiting a good amount of time, step in to assist don’t just stand there. 1 cashier, 1 drive-thru cashier, 1 manager, and 1 cook. Oh, only 2 customers in the building. Both cashiers and manager just standing around while the cook is working and needing assistance. This was the worst. I will never step back in this place again just because the manager is TRASH. She needs to be retrained how to conduct, assist, and compose herself as a manager..
In order to place this post i needed to give a grade. They didn’t even deserve a grade.

Terrible service. Waited 5 mins just for my order to be taken in drive through. Then get to payment window and no one is there for another 5 mins. I pull up cuz there is a car at the food window. Waited for 20 mins total and didnt even end up getting my food because “i didnt pay back at the other window” where no one was. And now my order still isnt ready. I drive off still hungry and annoyed. Idk why I ever try to eat at any burger king. Always a huge disappointment.

the employees here suck, to be blunt. they take 10 minutes to take your order, and another 15 to get out food for two customers. luckily, the food was decently fresh, but their uncaring attitude is not a positive. BK’s policy of having the bathrooms locked is one of the dumbest things ive seen from a corperate establishment. when you ask for the bathroom key, they take multiple minutes to go find it, and VERY slowly make their way over to unlock the bathrooms for each individual customer, all the while eyeing you like its your fault. the restaurant is lifeless, bathrooms are nasty, over half of the drinks aren’t hooked up to the fountain, and all the employees have a nasty ‘tude. i dont expect the service quality from a high end restaurant, but c’mon y’all.

Food was decent but the all workers are very cold to customers. If you ask them for anything they give you a blank stare and they dont speak to you. If you ask for them to unlock their bathroom (which they keep locked) they again, say nothing and reluctantly shuffle over to unlock it. It feels more like a prison than a food establishment.
Felt very uncomfortable.
Never coming here again for sure.

Back here again at another Burger King for the 2nd time today. This Time for lunch.
This location is a very nice quiet place as well, the burger was very juicy as i asked for extra pickles. The fries are always very thick and crunchy. I love Burger King fries. Burger King always served their burgers grilled with love.

Empty drive Thur and restaurant but it still took the drive thru woman 5 minute to be ready to take my order. I was then told to pull forward to the first window where I sat alone for another 4 minutes before someone came to the window to cash me out.
I pulled forward was given my soda and bag then she slammed the drive thru window shut on me before I could ask for sauce. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
My onion rings also feel like they have been sitting under a warmer all night long.

Ordered on the App. Arrived and went through drive thru only to be told to park. Waited 20 Minutes and only half my order was brought out. Waited another 10 minutes.. tononly receive a melted oreo sundae and NO sauce I’d been waiting for. Everything is cold and stale. Incredibly disappointing. How can service be so bad?? Well, a new level of bad service was reached with my $34 order. I will NEVER return.

I’m very upset I had to walk wayyy to the front of the store to enter. (unfortunately the door in the back was locked @ 11: 49am ) also , after hearing the manager be rude toward other’s in drive through I will never come back here again . She is not fit to run this place the way she belittle the customers, and use profanity. 0/10 experience and normally I have GREAT EXPERIENCES HERE.

Not only is the food horrible but the service is non-existent and SLOW! 30 minutes for 2 combo meals only for the burger to taste burnt. It had been 3 years since my last visit to a BK and this will be my last. Not sure how this company even stays in business. Avoid at ALL costs!
