Horrible experience. We wanted to have a good time, and everything was awful. The app doesn’t allow in-store purchases, so we had to use the drive-thru. Our order was delivered incorrectly, without napkins, and the restaurant didn’t have any available, so we had to wipe our hands on the bags. They didn’t even give us the ice cream. I ordered a new Whopper Jr. (no patties) for my wife, since she’s vegetarian, and they gave it to her on a plate without the sandwich being assembled. (Order AAB85njgacbc)

Had breakfast here this morning and it was a great experience. I ordered a combo with fries, sugar-free coffee, and a sandwich with egg and chicken — everything was very, very delicious. Perfect taste and temperature.
The interior is clean and pleasant, ideal for a quiet breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Congratulations to the team!
Constructive tip: The entrance door could use more frequent cleaning. In the morning light, the glass looks quite dirty from both inside and outside. A bit more attention to that detail would improve the overall impression.
Overall, a highly recommended place for breakfast. I’ll definitely be back!

I understand your employees are paid hourly, but this was by far the slowest front-of-house and drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant right at 12:00 PM. There were about 10 cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside since the line appeared shorter.
After standing in line and waiting my turn, I noticed the staff took one in-person order and then assisted someone else with an online order. Meanwhile, several people walked up to the counter claiming they had online orders and were helped ahead of those of us who were already waiting in line.
Front-of-house staff should be assisting customers in the order they arrive, rather than allowing others to bypass the line. I arrived before several of the individuals who were helped ahead of me. Lines exist for a reason, and customers should be attended to in turn to ensure a fair and efficient experience for everyone.

I was just at this BK location. The woman and gentleman that were servicing the drive thru were unbelievably kind.
I could hear/see them goofing around and joking with their colleagues when not talking to me (which is obviously 100% fine), but the moment they started talking to me, they were so incredibly nice and sincere every time.
I think that the expectation of treating each customer as gold is silly because we’re all humans, but this was a cool experience.
I eat fast food way more than I’d care to admit, but this was such a unique experience that I had to share.

O.m.g!! This BK was it!!!! Girl in drive thru super nice! Bathrooms pretty ok. Food! Perfection! Onion rings were fresh and delicious! Chicken sandwich…just like I remembered! I hope my.hometown (Port Orange) gets it together like this Orlando store!

I took my wife to Burger King 10 minutes ago. The manager was very rude nasty they gave us raw food and nasty service. The manager is too busy playing with her Apple Watch while she’s on the clock. She deserves to be terminated this location needs new management as soon as possible you shouldn’t talk to customers however you feel like I’m a manager in my current position and I don’t treat my customers like that especially paying customers bad management check your cameras. She’s too busy playing with her Apple Watch while touching food near the front counter calling heath department to to report this location I spent $32 for A burger nasty chicken sandwich paid for bacon. They didn’t even put the bacon on the sandwich. They were too busy talking.

I’m a very busy professional nurse always on the go. So, good food and a clean environment are important to me! I would give this burger king more than a 5 star.

Be careful of this establishment! They will take your MONEY then conviently LEAVE OUT a drink, a fry order, side orders are their favorite way to RIP YOU OFF! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER HALF AN ORDER.
AND TRY CALLING THEM. THEY WILL NOT PICK UP!
