I’m honestly not a big fan of fast food, especially hamburgers, but last week I was in a rush and decided to give BK another chance since my first visit long time ago wasn’t that great. (I believe in improvement!)
Well… I have to say, everything was perfect this time! From the friendly drive-thru attendant to the neat, well-folded packaging, it really stood out. The burger itself was huge (I couldn’t even finish it!) and so well put together. Whoever prepared it clearly takes pride in their work, sauces on point, no greasy mess, like build with a ruler, just great overall presentation.
I’ve never experienced that level of care from a fast-food spot before. Well done!

I had an amazing experience at Burger King! I ordered both breakfast and lunch at the same time, and everything came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, the service was fast and friendly, and my whole order was made perfectly. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I have never seen such a slow motion train wreck as I have at this BK. However, it seems some changes were made and I decided to play roulette and try again. For the first time in three years there is improvement here. It appears more employees have been hired and have become much more efficient as a team for a positive change.
I would rate this higher however it seems they have retained an individual from the past that has served us and it was not such a good experience. That surprise me.
The bottom line is service and food quality has improved by leaps and bounds. This is great to see.
I am going to start coming by more often. If this improved service stays steady, I will raise this to a five star.

If I can give zero stars I would!! I came to this Burger King today with my 74 year old mother and I was appalled by the employees smoking marijuana right. There was a heavy set woman with dark hair, a slim woman with her hair done up, a dark skinned woman with full hair and a Hispanic male with glasses. VERY unprofessional, I will never come back and will be sure to make a call to corporate as well.

Had not been to this Burger Ling in 4-5 years. Gave it a try this morning and Cherylin the manager helped me. This place has taken a complete turnaround for the AWESOME! My breakfast sandwich actually was too hot to eat at first,fresh and delicious. Might have turned me into a Burger Ling fan again. Keep up the great Job

Went through drive-through November 8 I was totally impressed. I believe she said she might have been manager or the regional manager. I’m not sure but her name was Cheryl. Lynn spelling is probably wrong but she was awesome amazing upbeat, helpful the works.

The new staff was super friendly. I was glad to see more than 2 people working the entire restaurant. It was clean, the food was fresh, I didn’t have to wait a long time even though it was busy.

I rarely come to this location but it’s consistently terrible. I had a large fry that was about half full and the burger was gross with old wilted lettuce. The building wasn’t the problem, the food was and is. I love BK food but it’s been years since they made anything decent here.
