Went there at 12 pm on Saturday 8/12/2023. Went through the drive through. Lady on speaker was extremely rude. Sighing each time we said another item. We were only ordering for us and and our little one. Not that much food at all. There was no one in their drive through. It was just us. In the middle of our order she yells rudely to another coworker *it’s a bunch of stuff!* as she proceeds to ask us what else we want. We say that’s it and she rudely tells us to pull forward. We immediately changed our minds and didn’t want to give this place our money. I will never go back to this place. Tried to call the establishment and the line was busy. Definitely will be going higher to complain about this. Ridiculous service today. Very sad.

Went in today to get a frozen coke. Stood there for ten minutes watching the cook rub her nose scratch her head and prepare all of the food barehanded cheese pickles etc. the only other employee was visibly upset to be there throwing things telling drive thru customers to go somewhere else they didn’t want their money anyway. 4 customers walked out. She charged us for the drinks turned around and said the machine is broke screamed for her mom to give a refund who screamed back they’re just going to have to wait I’m busy. Eventually made it to the front refunded the money and went back to making food without gloves or washing her hands. No hair nets, trash everywhere. It was comical.

The workers did not care there was people in the restaurant. They were saying stuff they shouldn’t have. I asked for 2 radeo burgers. But they didn’t tell us they were put of BBQ sauce. So we had 2 radeo burgers with no sauce. They didn’t refund us the money or nothing. Plus waited 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches and a fry. I will not go back to this place.

I always buy here, food always good, but this last time , workers were outside smoking, an spitting on side walk. While I parked and ate my food, had to move car away. From my handicap ♿️ parking, so I can eat. First time this happened, I’m disappointed.

The absolute worst burger I’ve ever had the onion ring sauce was rotten the onion rings burnt the soda was water down. Took 10 minute to receive this bag of trash!!! Burger King is on my boycott list l. One star is too much
