Stopped to get fast dinner but french fries were old and hard mozzarella sticks aren’t even edible the two sandwiches two for five were horrible rolls were falling apart. They really need to train their staff better. Stopped in again 12/29/20 better than last time. Saturday night about 9:00 worked all night every place was jam-packed except Burger King. That should have been the red flag right there the girls drive through no personality whatsoever not Hello not goodbye when I said thank you she didn’t even say you’re welcome I got my food I left the girl out the window was talking everybody but me. I get home and the food is just gross the cheese sticks are so overcooked on edible the Whopper is nothing but a pile of lettuce they did manage to not put my onions on it and the marinara sauce looks really dark and taste really tart like it’s no good. Pretty sad now I know why everybody else McDonald’s Wendy’s Taco Bell they were all jam-packed Burger King had two people in the line now I know why not going back.

Imagine being on lunch break and ordering your food, asking for it to be made fresh, getting pulled up to the waiting area, and STILLLL getting old food!!! And the manager rolls her eyes and says “it’ll be like 6 minutes wait time”. No apology or anything. Then argues that ONE of the pieces of chicken should have been hot..lately EVERY time I come to this location, I have a problem. And the corporate number tells you to go online to give feedback….ok, well Google review it is.

Food was great just like good old style old Burger King days. However reasonings for the 4 star rating is due to the little one at the first window sees my bf at the window to pay her and me in the passenger seat , she gives the change and asked if he wanted a receipt he said no she follows with you “ok hun you have a good day” . First & for most by the looks she would be one of them ONES that’s all I wish to say further more if I did the same to her old man if she even has one the circle would be flipped real quick. It’s called RESPECT. I’d advise her to learn that for starters. I handled it decently wait for the next couple and see how they handle that one! If I had her name I would state it here so we could all push the BLASTED button!

I usually go to the one on howland blvd because service and food is so much better. Went here today because was at publix ,waited 15 mins in line to order only to receive cold food when I asked for hot food I was told she didn’t understand how it could be cold (neither could I) and was told had to pull around and wait again, I could not wait at window for new food ….was my mistake for stopping there do yourself a favor and go to the one on howland, they just all around stink and hate customers

Hi I went to this Burger king which was 2/14/2023 at 7:16 p.m. last night to get my husband and myself a burger.his burger they lettuce was falling outta the wrapper and they burger sliding outta the bun it was way to soggy. I had the bacon king it was terrible have cold messy and had hair in it.i couldn’t. eat anymore after the hair.i don’t know what has happened to this establishment but they have truly went down hill. I use to love, this place I don’t think I will be going back I do good reviews these places are the worse now Burger king tighten up your food game.

If I could leave zero stars I would!! The manger “G” is very unprofessional. After waiting 45 minutes our entire order was ice cold and completely wrong. We called to tell ” G” the situation and she was rude and hung up on us.
