The staff here today was super friendly!!! We enjoyed that a lot. The food was ok but not hot for lunch just beginning not even thirty mins before we got there and there was only 2 other people there so not like they were busy at all. I really wish it was like the old days and food was always hot especially now that the costs are so high

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Whomever the restaurant manager is needs some more training.
A manager named, Amber, was FANTASTIC!!
Unfortunately, she miss wrote down our order that was to be credited due to my father having a food allergy. The store manager proceeded to argue with my father that the order must be remade as it was written by her employee.
We have a receipt but was never told it needed to be presented to redeem the credited order.
Amber also ADMITTED she took the order correctly, remembered my dad and his order, and that the employee on shift making the original order was rushing back from break, messing his sandwich up.
I called on my father’s behalf to explain his order was wrong again! He is DEATHLY allergic to tomatoes and restaurant manager proceeded to argue with me after she already argued with him in person. I asked how does she hold her employees accountable, not to get Amber in trouble, but the fact that their protocol was not followed and now we have 2 sandwiches in the garbage after they collected our money.
I’m still looking for a response from Larry, the owner. I called your store over 10 times in hoping to collect your information when the store manager offered it. She did not like that I dismissed her like she continued to do while yelling into the phone. She then refused to allow me to escalate. Told me that you do NOTHING to help customers.
Instructed her staff to ignore my phone calls and threatened to call the police for harassment.
In the meantime, the Burger King location in Debary/Deltona will be helping us by comping our order and food service moving forward. The DM, Justin, called me back IMMEDIATELY and apologized on their behalf, even though Elkams location is not under him.
Exactly what I would have expected from any restaurant, accountability & correction.
I didn’t even ask for another burger, I honestly didn’t have the chance to if I wanted to.

Larry, shame on your store manager. Amber and a few other employees are always great when I come through the drive thru. I’ve seen the staff express frustration due to the store managers attitude so it’s not a staff issue. It’s your store managers attitude. I boldly told her it sucks. I am a GM myself over a restaurant for now 10 years plus. She needs more training and maybe a communications course.

Did a mobile order got to the store and the drive through person said it’s not on their system and I was to pull around so she could see what I did, so I pulled around showed her my receipt on my phone, she then proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know what a classic breakfast is, at this point the fast food experience had left the building, I told her to just cancel the non existent order and left, at which point I attempted to cancel the order in the app, the app was asking me to rate the food I had just picked up. How do I do that, proceeded to call the store because obviously they cleared the order as processed, Vanessa said she couldn’t do anything about it and that I had to deal with the 3rd party app people. Such a wonderful way to start your day arguing with burger king over $7.44 oh just to clarify the BURGER KING APP only had a bot to argue with.

Stopped to get fast dinner but french fries were old and hard mozzarella sticks aren’t even edible the two sandwiches two for five were horrible rolls were falling apart. They really need to train their staff better. Stopped in again 12/29/20 better than last time. Saturday night about 9:00 worked all night every place was jam-packed except Burger King. That should have been the red flag right there the girls drive through no personality whatsoever not Hello not goodbye when I said thank you she didn’t even say you’re welcome I got my food I left the girl out the window was talking everybody but me. I get home and the food is just gross the cheese sticks are so overcooked on edible the Whopper is nothing but a pile of lettuce they did manage to not put my onions on it and the marinara sauce looks really dark and taste really tart like it’s no good. Pretty sad now I know why everybody else McDonald’s Wendy’s Taco Bell they were all jam-packed Burger King had two people in the line now I know why not going back.

Went there around lunch, for two burgers, but got to the window, i realized that i need just a plain burger added. The person at the window refused to add it, as they donot take add on between 12 and 2pm. I ask for a manager because i couldn’t understand how the addition of one burger hold up a drive thru line. Especially when there was one car ordering at the time. The manager was rude and said that I will need to go back to the menu and order again. I get that these restaurants are judged on the drive through times. But at the sake of customer service makes no sense. If I ordered 69 burgers I understand. But 1 plain burger???

This place keeps getting worse. You either have people who care about their work output or you have people who do not. Thankfully, there is another burger king on howland blvd just before I-4. I recommend driving the extra mileage so you can “have it your way”.

The service is super fast at this location the bad part is that it is fast because the food is not hot the three times we have went recently the food has been cold. The app has the street name spelled wrong which is so strange it’s been like that for years. Wish they served fresh food this location would be amazing

The drive thru guy was rude. Nearly threw the food. 1 word commands and respondes. On top of all that, the food was wrong. If you’re going to be a terrible fast food place that’s rude, at least be able to read and get the order correct.

I ordered door dash from this location yesterday. I got the chicken sandwich and the inside of the chicken patty was RAW and completely uncooked. Will never be going to this location again.
