The customer service and Staff was very polite and helpful. Getting our food was quick and painless. Everything was freshly made. The back room where we ate was very clean. Nice music and good environment. The main dinning was a little dirty, but they did just have dinner rush. Honestly I’m glad I came in instead of the drive thru. Thanks for a good experience. Keep up the great work.

We went inside because the line was pretty long in the drive through. It was just a quick bite we were going to pick up on our way home. When we walked in we heard two people in the back yelling at each other one telling the other they weren’t their boss the guy at the register looked embarrassed and was trying to take the group of 4s order. One of the people walked out….then There was another lady in front of us waiting for her order to be taken ….when it was our turn no one tried to help us not even a I will be right with you….we waited about 15 minutes in line after the ppl in front of us were done ordering, not one had yet to get there food ….so we left …..so disappointing this place and the restaurants in this local area can’t get people that want to work and do their job right.

The best service I have had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. I went inside and I believe I gave my order to what I believe was the manager. The scorpion on her arm was definitely not the way she acted. A big smile, very courteous and she thanked me for my service, ( I had an army hat on ). I purchased a family meal and it actually came out in good time. Food was very good and hot. I think this location should be used as an example of how to run a business. I will go out of my way to eat there again.

Every time I go there, they are out of the Impossible Whopper. Sooooo…. another French Fries lunch. I should have gone next door to Publix for a sub. Plus, like always, they have forgotten an item in the bag. Luckily, I checked the bag, and the guy, even before I said anything, knew what I was missing. I think next time I’ll skip Buger King and maybe head to a better restaurant. This is another no thank you restaurant for us.

We went to this Burger King and will not be going back. It was a frustrating experience. We did not get acknowledgement that we were even there and then when I visibly showed I was ready to order while one employee was just talking about personal situations and never took our orders, finally when another employee came over they were out of 80% of their drinks and all of our food was wrong. Sloppy and Very unprofessional. Save your money.

I usually stop at this Burger King when I’m working this side in Eustis. Today, I stopped and the dining room was closed. Really needed the restroom but they told me to go around and go through the drive-through. The menu board was blurry and I could hardly see the numbers on the board. How did the number one with cheese and heavy onions made it a large and they told me my total and asked me to pull around.

Very prompt and courteous service, great meal deals. The original chicken sandwich can’t be beat, it’s a sure fire winner. And the Whopper was fantastic, one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. French fries were exceptional too, fresh, tasty and salty, just like they’re supposed to be. I will be returning, that’s for sure.

The A.C. is off and it’s very hot. Staff are touching their faces, and putting fingernails in their mouths then touching peoples food. She’s a manager to it looks like. Under staffed and it’s taking a very long time to get food. I’m over 10 minutes waiting inside with only 5 orders. This will be my last visit.
