My first visit to this location since the remodel. Place looks great. It was decorated for Halloween. I was greeted by multiple people as I walked in. I had the sausage, egg and cheese croissant . It was great. Super clean store. Thanks.

This place has improved greatly over the past few months. Probably because they got a new district manager named Alan. However constantly being out of sesame seed buns and not informing the guest placing an order that the burger will not meet expectations. My last visit the burgers were fine. But the onion rings were a pile of mush. The music in the dining room is so loud it’s hard to hold a conversation at the table. Feel free to reach out to me Alan. We arrived in drive thru and ordered 2 Whopper w/Cheese Meals and asked for fries to be fresh and hot. All staff at windows were fantastic!! Our food was made by someone who cared! It was all just as we asked. Super visit, we will always come to this specific location for now on. We have had very different experiences at other fast food locations and help never seemed to shine like at this one. I called back and got managers name, its KYLE! LETS SHOW KYLE AND HIS TEAM SOME REAL SUPPORT AT THIS LOCATION, THEY DESERVE IT!!

Read the negative reviews. I went through drive through at 2pm Sunday 12/14/25. I was asked to pull forward and wait. After 20 minutes waiting someone came out to ask my name and what I ordered. I followed her in to talk to a manager. She apologized saying she was in the office and should have been supervising better. One employee claimed they forgot i was there. They said they would redo my order and after waiting 30 minutes from initially ordering the burgers were mushy and gross and the fries were burnt. I was not offered anything for the horrible experience and should have asked for my money back. I will never return again.

I went into eat with my family about 2 days ago and I have to say this place had done a total 360 since I was here the last time. When I walked in the door, I was Immediately greeted by smiling faces and good attitudes. Everything that I ordered was correct fresh and hot. I’m so impressed with the change ! I don’t know what they have been doing differently but you definitely earned a regular customer!! My family was so impressed we want to make it a regular spot for us to eat at least once a week. Great job to the GM and managers.

This location has gotten so much better! A couple years ago we would avoid this place like the plague after a few bad experiences and dealing with genuinely rude employees. When they reopened recently we decided to give them a try and have been back about once a month since. The employees are much nicer, the food is always fresh and good. We’ve only had 1 instance where someone accidentally forgot a fry – no big deal, the employee was apologetic and we got what we were missing. Just went through the drive thru tonight and everything was great again so decided to leave a review.

This is the worst fast food location ever!! I really thought I would give it a chance since they rebuilt it and it would be ok, but it’s the same!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. they can’t get it together. Very long wait times for no reason. Inside and drive thru. They just need to shut down. Its awful!!

There are two decisions made by family members. The one person that waited on us for first time.I’m going to assume was a manager, and she was just awful, not one time, did she smile, let alone chat with us. Customers waiting in line were being ignored, not sure why?Because they were not busy. I got the chicken wrap, and there wasn’t even enough chicken. In there to make a 1 of a chicken

Ordered 1 whopper at 7:25pm and I was handed my 1 whopper at 7:40pm. Why? Busy? NO… Sir decided to make 9 whoppers at once smh work by orders! Not burger’s… They SLOW!!
