Zero stars. Negative stars. There’s no one here. I waited at the sign to order for fifteen minutes! Puked up to the window. No one here either… Except for the guy and the girl staring at me through the window! They know I’m here and they’re just talking to each other. Dancing around with headphones in. The line behind me four cars long. Who runs this place? How do you find these people and pay them? Seriously almost every time I come here it’s either on fire or awful. After ten minutes the lady shuffled over and tells me oh hey sir we ain’t got no drinks right now not sure wiz goin on.

Service girl was rude, slinging things around. Huffing if you ask for something. ( straws, Mayo, extra napkins). The store wasn’t even busy. There appeared to be a Mgr or man in the back in gym shorts and t-shirt that was in the grill area sticking his hand down in the mop bucket, he looked up and at me I laughed he went back to the back. She spent more time texting they paying attention to customers.

Pulled in drive thru today 8/21/23 @ 4:30 pm and tried to give coupon code and female employee said we had to use mobile ordering. See attached coupon it is for in store or pickup not mobile ordering. The employee said if it has 6 digits she could not take the order so we pulled off and drove to my area Altamonte Springs FL where the same coupon worked just fine via drive through.

Best service I’ve ever had at Burger King. I always get the impossible burger. The day shift is slow, and it takes too long to go on a 30-minute lunch when you’re 15-20 minutes away. It doesn’t work when you have to wait 20 minutes for the food. Great job to the night shift gal that was so good and nice to me she got blessed. Thank you for being so kind.

The cashier is lazy and very unprofessional. Instead of bringing food to our vehicle, they leave it on the counter, even tho we are in the drivethru. After I ordered 1 item, they asked if that was it. The lady didn’t ask size or kind of drink. Very poor service.

I always liked a good fish sandwich. Mickey D’s fish is good but too small and expensive for the price. Hadn’t had a BK fish in ages so stopped in and thought why not? Either the fish they’re catching have shrunk or the sandwich really did seem smaller too. The sandwich was kind of dry around the edges but pretty moist and liberal with the fixings more towards the middle. Not bad, I’d try it again. Subbed onion rings for the fries. Rings were pretty good, and a Coke. Service was quick and satisfactory, young guy was pleasant, filled my Coke as the machine in the lobby was out of order. Considering fast food joints today felt pretty lucky, however $9.19 for a fish sandwich, onion rings and medium Coke for dine in is pretty steep.

We do burgers once every blue moon, this place was closed then reopened, why? It’s old, needs everything new, and only 2 kids take care of patrons, although their effort is commendable when you are at work you should leave bad habits and grotesque fashion at home, like having your jeans half way down your butt showing your underwear, that’s something I don’t need to see, besides I said fashion but there’s no fashion in that, just lack of common sense and respect.

My husband and I have gone three times to this Burger King. To us it feels like we’re in “The Twilight Zone”, they NEVER get the order correct, charge for the wrong items, in general, expect to not only wait, but make sure your order and receipt are correct. This has been our experience thru the drive thru, never been inside.

Rude! I ordered at the drive through, and just because I didn’t stop on a dime at the first window, some rude a-hole yelled “yo” at me in a hostile, disrepectful tone. I told him “don’t yell at me,” and I left.
