This BK is definitely trying to make things right. I’ve been to this location a few times and the food is great. The fries and onion rings are crispy, the burgers are tasty and the chicken sandwiches are cooked fresh. The staff is friendly and they want to make sure you are happy. My mom and dad also love this place. Keep up the great work! ❤️

I tried to give this place a chance. But it keeps failing. So the Soda was good. The Burger was the best of have ever had as you can see in the photos. I live less than 5 minutes from the store location and as you can see the cheese wont even melt. The Burger meat was cold. I don’t even know if this was even really in regulation to give to customers. I will never go back to this location. Only reason for a second star is because of the soda. Communication bad, bad food, fries were warmer then the burger if you can believe it. I do prefer my health and don’t want to be put at risk of food poisoning. I really believe Florida should raise standards and get this place inspected randomly before someone gets really sick.

First time at this location. Ordered in app and picked up through drive thru. Ordered a double burger no mustard. When my grandson opened the wrapper, the burgers had cheese and mustard. I had already left so had to turn around and go through the line again. The wait was over 10 minutes. Defeated the purpose of ordering in app for quick pick up. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not a good first experience.

This is by far one of the cleanest and best BK’s I’ve ever been in!! The staff is so friendly and they are working so hard throug the lunch rush they need to be recognized by upper management!! It’s Saturday October the 7th at 2pm. Whoever is working right now is who I’m talking about. I told them they were doing a great job and I meant it! They were all smiling even when “Karen” came in to ask what’s taking so long for her food only to find out SHE was parked in the wrong spot! they handled super professionally and if I was the owner/manager I’d be so proud of them and treat them to pizza or ice cream or something. They deserve it!!

It’s okay. Wasn’t the best we’ve had. Not very personable in the drive-thru, didn’t really want to talk with us. The food wasn’t that great either. Our onion rings tasted like yesterday’s grease and they weren’t even crunchy, nor chewy. Our original chicken sandwiches were basically cold. We asked to add cheese on our chicken sandwiches, which they said yes. It was just s slapped on there. The cheese would have melted had the chicken been hot, it wasn’t. There’s supposed to be pickles on those sandwiches and there wasn’t. It’s not BK’s finest hour.

Only giving two stars because they fixed one burger that had a rock hard patty. We parked for a second time and found that another burger was wrong and they left out the icing for my cinna minis, so bummed. We had somewhere to be before they closed so no time to go get the other burger fixed or ask for the icing. The cashier literally acted like our life was a big problem for her the entire time…like really? Suck that attitude back up and just do monotone at least but don’t act like the customer asking for their order is such a problem. That’s literally why this establishment was made.
Edit: I stupidly gave them another chance after a couple months. I made the decision to turn my two star review into a one star review. The service is horrible. I didn’t even utter a word or anything yet, had a neutral facial expression and the lady saw me standing at the counter and looked at me like I did something to ruin her day and proceeded with a terrible attitude towards me….I only wanted napkins they didn’t give in any of the four bags or one box I got. I went up again to say my cini minis are so cold and I ordered them less than 10 minutes ago which it only took them a total of two minutes to throw together so that’s a red flag already. They literally feel like they’d been sitting out for an hour or more in the cold. The literally went and heated them up for 30 seconds and handed them right back to me. If I get sick, y’all gonna know.
I’m telling you..avoid all interaction, they are sooo rude here even if you are so nice.

On this visit the place was absolutely filthy. They had no Whoppers, and no offers to settle for something else. What appeared to be a manager could have used a bit more training!

Unbelievable!!! This is a new restaurant location, and the place is super nasty!!! If the service area and bathroom were in this condition, imagine the cooking station. NO management, just a bunch of employee kids playing and joking around (instead of going to work and cleaning the store). Very disappointed with the service and the condition of this fast food place. I’m adding some pictures so anyone can see how nasty is the restaurant. PS: this location wasn’t busy, just full of employees playing around.
