Burger King really needs to get their act together. Ordered food through their app for a dine in order. It took 20 minutes for the order to get ready and then the burgers were cold. The employees were less than friendly and you could here them bickering over the drive in window vs counter service customers. I would like say this is the first time I’ve had bad service at a BK, but sadly its not. Should have learned my lesson the last time I ate at one and they were out of ketchup!

Burger King has become one of my top fast food go to places. Although the food is very good, but not every burger is made the same . Drive-thru customer service is is good for the most part. I don’t know who is responsible. But this store is a joke. Twice they have donde the same thing, I ordered the breakfast double sausage with egg and cheese croissant and I received just the bread and sausage. It is very disappointing. I know it happened once and I gave them another opportunity but a second time. You really need to change your employees if they’re lacking so much.

I was going to take my food to go but the service was so amazing I stayed to dine in. The food was hot and fresh, the store was clean and the manager Derricka’s service was spectacular. She made sure I had everything and left satisfied. Love this location.

I arrived right after breakfast and thats all I wanted. I was prepared to walk out. Then they insisted on checking to see what was left. They had French toast and hash browns among a few other things but that was perfect. My food came out nice hot and fresh. I really appreciate the staff for still serving me 30 minutes after breakfast. Thank you❣️

I went here only because my child really wanted it. I ordered plain chicken sandwiches, got home and they had mayonnaise all over them. We couldn’t eat them and are being refused a refund after sending photos. Customer service is wasting my time. I do not want a coupon that forces me to spend more money with you because of your mistake. I want my money back. Very poor quality food and awful customer service beyond store level.

I went at 11pm to just get a whopper. I love a bk whopper. It was, honestly, one of the best whoppers I have had in a long time. It was hot, fresh, well made, tasted great, and came out fast. I know they were tired and about ready to close but that didnt stop them from great service. Thank you. It was the pick me up I needed after a long day.

I had a bad time, I took the coupons that they sent to my house , I went with my son and my father-in-law , they told us that they could not pass the coupons , the manager could not solve the problem , we left without eating . That’s one of the reasons why McDonald’s and Wendy’s beat them in sales, their staff is unable to solve problems.
