Restaurant was warm inside, the AC needs to be set at a lower temperature. Looks like no one is taking the initiative to clean the lobby. Many tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. You could smell the restroom well before you entered it. It was not clean and smelled like sewage.

Staff was very rude. Had a coupon from the app and they said it wasn’t working but magically worked when I asked them to try it for the third time at the window. Then I ended up paying for a medium hash brown that had more in it than the large! People want paid more money but can’t even do a simple task correctly without being rude. We wonder why businesses are suffering.

I just took my six and one-year-old here and got a few kids meals. Both of their mouths are on fire because they gave us spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets. Nobody is answering when I call them to try and fix the situation. Would not recommend!

I really enjoyed the new Sourdough Melt I had. My wife did not enjoy her chicken nuggets that were as hard as hockey pucks. The staff was friendly but the restaurant was a bit unkempt (the area around the drink station was very sticky and needed attention).

Burger King hamburgers, in my old fashioned opinion, are the best tasting hamburgers on the fast food market. And they go a step further at this location, they are actually fast at serving you, add to that friendly, considerate and very professional. I really like this Berger King! Fast service. Great menu selection with lots of customizable choices and options. Food was hot and fresh. My whopper burger was thick, juicy and hot off the broiler fresh. I ate in the restaurant so my order was pleasantly brought to my table. The coca cola freestyle machine produced cold ice and bubbly soda.
