The Latino girl working there on 2/16/26 at 3 PM gave me a whole lot of attitude. I placed a mobile order, and she said she didn’t see it. Three times I got “well, we don’t see it.” Period! She didn’t care that I actually placed the order for their location and paid. She wasn’t going to do anything. At that point, it was 3:08 PM. The order was set for pick up at 3:20 PM. I came back at 3:20 PM, and the order was ready. She pushed my food on me and said “Here you go.” No attempt to help me or apologize. Support sends you to an AI bot. There isn’t a live human being to help you nor will anyone respond later. I did some digging and found some email addresses to corporate. I emailed them, and got no response. Burger King obviously doesn’t care. She’s probably well aware of this.

Very fast service, everything fresh and hot and correct!! Half onion rings, half fries were hot and crispy. They were very efficient. The Impossible whopper was cooked correctly and had the toppings I asked for.

The gentleman who took our order licked his finger and then proceeded to touch the screen to take our order. He then went to help prepare our order and others as well. I should’ve said something right then and there but was so blown away at what I witnessed that I couldn’t process all at one time. I will be contacting the store/owner to express concerns.

Last 2 times I tried to eat here at 7:30 pm the dinning area was closed. No reason just locked doors and they wave you to the drive through. Will never go back, lazy night crew!!! Day shift is OK, but I’m done with the whole place.

This is probably the nicest burger king I’ve been to ever in terms of customer service. The employees were all just really nice, and if they were unhappy you wouldn’t know it. They did things quickly and efficiently. The food came out as it should and it was actually very presentable, almost like in the commercials. The only down of this place is that the booth we sat at, if you look at the floor near the wall it was so dirty it was black.

This was one of the worst Burger King experiences I’ve ever had…
I tried to give them a second chance and the second visit was even worse than the first. The food was so bad it went in the trash can. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and onion rings. The chicken sandwich was hard dried out and definitely room temperature at best. The onion rings had obviously been cooked hours before. The food was pure trash. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog… Truth! Very disappointed, especially since this is so close to my house. Never again.

The worst BK service ever.
Waited 20min first order came out wrong with reheated mozzarella sticks and the second time around( because they forgot to put the fries) and added chocolate syrup to the watery Oreo sundae… yuck. They gave me reheated onion ring literally crumbled almost shattered my tooth when I bit into it.. the whopper taste like it was old and burned.. absolutely awful!

Disgusting. Iev been to this restaurant a few times because it’s so close by but after this last visit I’ll never go back. The burger patties the served me were bad old and dry I took one bite of my rodeo burger and gagged. The bacon king I ordered was equally bad. I stopped ordering drinks from this location because they always tasted off like the restaurant doesn’t clean its soda machines. The service is terrible I have to yell at them aggressively our they won’t respond over the intercom to even take the order. The first time I sat in the drive through patiently waiting to be helped I sat there for 15 mins and eventually just pulled up to the window to see the employees just leaning on the counters not working. Shut this place down. Don’t eat there you’ll just end up sick.
