I was shockingly surprised at how amazing my experience was at THIS location. I did a mobile order and went through the drive through for pickup. Usually we skip BK because the one by our house is absolutely AWFUL! But we took a risk after not going to any BK for over 6 years now. We got kids meals and an entrée. Everything was cooked perfectly! The nuggets were amazing! My toddler loved them and my older daughter couldn’t get enough for the chicken fries! The staff was kind, Polite, and quick. We had to park in the front because the nuggets weren’t done cooking, and from what I could see inside, it looks clean and well kept. Definitely will return!

Went to the drive-through around 10 PM last night and then everything went smooth. There was no customers really didn’t have no wait time. He told me to go to the front to deliver my food and then when I got my food I just asked if there is any ketchup that he might have left in the bag..I know I didn’t ask, but sometimes they just leave it in there for courtesy. You know ..he immediately says I didn’t ask for it with an attitude mumbles something under his breath and walks away.when he come backs I apologize to him telling him that I’m sorry for making him walk back. He gives me a dirty look drops to ketchup in my hand with an attitude and walks Away..never had no awful customer service like that from any Burger King and I expect better from the Casselberry location.

I have been to this location a few times since I live nearby and have always had great service from the employees (it’s usually a drive thru situation for me) but have noticed that they seem to be understaffed a lot. Ariana who assisted me at the drive thru was very kind and did an amazing job of keeping things moving as best as she could while being short handed! She deserves praise along with the staff she was working with at this time! I have no complaints about the service from the other times I have been here BUT management needs to do better and hire more employees as to not overwork the ones they already have! Please be kind to the ones who are showing up to work!

I was going to have lunch, but first I was going to wash my hands in the restroom. I went to the restroom and it was locked. I went back to ask for the key to use the restroom, and the manager had the nerve to tell me that I was only allowed to use the restroom if I was going to eat something. That’s ridiculous. I gave up on eating at Burger King because this is an unacceptable and disrespectful imposition on the customer. I was already quite disappointed with Burger King, but now it’s definitive. I will never go back to Burger King again.

Please give this man a raise Daniel. It’s hard to find hard-working people and you have a hard worker here. I just felt bad because there was two people on staff and you had a long line. This is not the first time this is actually for the last few five years, I’ve lived around the area same service. You have good people that work, but they can only afford to have two people at this location, which is ridiculous because this location of Casselberry makes money this location of a Burger King makes money, so why not invest in the people

11/08/25 @ 7:50 pm at Burger King by lake Howell branch & 436 there was two young ladies aprox 35yrs old . One of them started to Argue very aggressively with the front desk clerk and cursing at her. staff clerk tried to ignore her. client kept cursing at her non stop although she stayed busy doing her work to see if client would calm down. Finally client continue arguing ;staff got frustrated and answered back the same way. During all this happening. Clients kept coming in and out leaving due to that endless cursing back & forth and disrespect for each other and at everyone. My spouse witness the staff in the back not showing up to the help calm down things with the verbally abusive client & clerk. but stared. This store needs a strong manager with the right skills to deal with difficult people and stand for his staff & cop security to put people in place correctly and respect each other or bring charges to people behaving like ….. No one stood up to do the right thing or call the police. That one young lady was rude with no concern or respect for others. This place needs renovation or staff, service, rules and a manager with the right skills to run it right.

Reading the reviews I was hesitant to give this Burger King a try, but decided to anyways. From what the reviews in the past stated food wasn’t good service was bad. Not the case when I went food’s good and service was excellent. The only odd thing is there was not condiment station by the fountain drink machine so I had to ask for ketchup, mayonnaisee, salt and pepper, extra napkins, & everything you would expect they would have out was behind the counter. Maybe they have an issue with homeless people coming in and grabbing those things. And I only say that because there was someone inside the building having full blown conversations with themselves so that’s why I put the atmosphere so low. Other than that, food was good service was great I would go back if I was in the mood for BK.

Daniel is the reason we keep coming back to this Burger King. For a decade now, we’ve felt the changes in management and the ups and downs that come with it.

Daniel is a shining example of consistency, kindness, and true customer care.

Even when the restaurant seems short-staffed or busy, the team continues to manage with grace—always offering a smile and excellent service. It’s not easy to maintain that level of professionalism under pressure, but they do it well, and Daniel leads by example every time.

I’ll start by saying, the “G.M” needs to be taught customer service. Walking to the register with your phone in your hand and rolling your eyes is DEFINITELY NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL!! Then to tell me that you don’t have the “SpongeBob meal” when I CLEARLY see 20 boxes behind her is ridiculous. Mind you, the whole time she doesn’t have ANY gloves on. I work in the restaurant industry for 26 years. Isn’t a “krabby patty” meal a regular kids meal in a SpongeBob box?????? Where do you find these people.

I see Nathan probably once every other week. He always has the food nice and fresh and always make sure there’s 2 sweet and sour sauces in the bag. He’s a 10 out of 10 great employee.
