If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, google wont allow me to leave a review if I don’t provide at least one star.
I ordered an impossible whopper meal that was made with a REAL beef patty. Yes, they thought it was a good idea to make a vegetarian burger with actual meat. On top of that, my drink was the incorrect size.
The chicken nuggets we ordered were old from Halloween (bat shapes) and clearly refried as they were drenched in oil to the point where it was soaking through the bags. Two random nuggets were put in a smaller bag inside the larger one for absolutely no reason.
We also got a “low carb” double cheese burger with added bacon (that we paid extra for) that was missing the bacon and served with the buns.
Avoid this Burger King at all costs. Their food is inedible.

Was sitting in line for several minutes. No word from anyone, person behind me starts flashing me so I asked them to back up and starts to make a big deal and proceed to threaten to call police. Hilarious. Burger King Employees come to spectate and offer no help. I guess it was there entertainment for the night. Never liked booger King, (why I was tryna leave) anyway place sucks. At least my experience with them always does.

I was at this location earlier this afternoon. the lady who took our order who’s name tag said manager was very nice but the other lady in the back who was making the food. her name was like Deasha or something of the sort was very lady and rude. we originally ordered the cheesy bacon tots and cheesy jalapeño bites and Deasha said they were out. when the manager asked if she checked the back Deasha said I’m not gonna go look tell them we dont have any. the manager then apologized and told us the reason she didn’t go check herself is because she has a heart monitor. other than that my boyfriends chicken sandwich tasted like it was sitting out. was not crispy at all. my fries were unsalted. my burger patty did not taste good either. the only good thing of our order was the onion rings. I will not be coming back to this location as every time I come they are out of everything.

Since we moved further away, we don’t come here as often, but if you want s whopper and fries, the customer service is good snd friendly. I had tried to call ahead, but their phone was not working. WiFi did not work well either, so I had trouble finishing the order on the app. Someone had ordered a large order ahead of me, so it took longer than usual. However, the thoughtful customer service made up for the wait. The order was made to our preference of including barbecue sauce, and the slices of tomato and lettuce were more generous than expected. The fries were tasty without any condiments. The only disappointment was not having frozen coke or chocolate shakes available.

So we had just walked out of the. Burger King in Apopka because an employee yelled at us for zero reason. We could not have had a better experience at this Burger King. DJ was in Drive thru and was polite, kind, and very sweet and thorough. They got our food very fast and it was very hot and very delicious. The Lady who took our order was a bit testy but DJ was delightful and represented his store well! Kudo’s to DJ and the cooks at this BK!

Low customer service.This location needs to employ more friendly staff. The cashier didn’t take my order correctly and did not issue me a receipt . Burger was good, but fries were mixed with old soggy fries. Fountain machines ,missing lots of flavor. Need a syrup refill. This is one burger king I will be skipping in the future!

I’m honestly tired of this burger king, for years its sucked. I literally make an order on the app around 6:30am when this burger king opens at 6am. I get there 6:50 am and Im told the store is closed… That i need to go in the app and cancel my own order. If the store is closed turn off the online ordering system next time, not that money is an issue but I have to wait 5-7days for a refund on some burger king, surprised this specific location hasn’t been closed.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two meals . The young black lady that took my order sounded very frustrated and upset that we was ordering . She handed us the food with no greeting of customer service. My significant other fries were extremely salty and also mines as well . We then went around to try and get a remake but not realizing that they were closed , even though they close at 12am and it was only 11:40pm . We waited for almost 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention . My significant other seen someone near the dumpster and so he tried to get their attention , when we did wait for her , the girl name was bre , he asked her are you guys open and she said “ I don’t know “ then he said you don’t know if your open and she replied “ I don’t know “ and so he stated at the window for another black lady to come and she tried to help but the girl bre was telling her what to say and it was not helpful at all . He asked for a receipt and they didn’t want to give us one . He then tried to tell her the fries were salty and she said that the fryers were shut off . It was 20 minutes left and are fries were fresh but very salty . There’s no way within 28 minutes of us being there they had already shut down the fryers , this location was my first and last time coming there . The back door was opened for more than 30 minutes while no one was seen as well . Please get this handled .
