Service is slow, but I want to point something else out. The young lady came out cleaned up the lobby, but never washed her hands and went straight back to taking orders and delivering food. I watched the manager arrive, he went in checked drink cooler, chicken tenders, and such, never washed his hands. Took someone’s ice-cream order, gave it to them, and still never washed his hands. Is this becoming the normal for clean and sanitary?

I placed an order on my app. Upon arrival, I was told that they could not fulfill the order due to their burger machine being down and that they could only cook chicken. Our order was burgers so we declined. We were told we would have to cancel the order on the app, we wouldn’t figure that out. I went into the store for assistance, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS PRESENT! Not in the kitchen, not behind the counters! NO ONE! The back door was hanging wide open. After standing there for several minutes. I left and messaged customer service on my app and reported that my order was never fulfilled and to cancel the pending transaction. Today, it shows the money was taken. $40.90. We call the store to tell them our experience to which they confirm again that the burger machine was broke that day. We asked for a refund, they told us that they can’t and asked if we wanted the food now. We said “no, we’ve ate since then”. Messaged customer service again, to which it stated the issue was resolved. IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED!! I would like my money back!!

I would give it 1 star, but the staff is amazing. Super friendly, kind and courteous. Probably the best staff I’ve ever dealt with in food service. This includes sit down, fancy restaurants. The food is just awful. Not the staffs fault, Burger King has just changed over the years.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, was skipped twice in line by other people pulling up to the other ordering box. The cashier was friendly at the first window, but the people at the second window could use a lesson in customer service.

Raw ass chicken, the first time for my bad review. Okay gave this another chance just left actually.. so YOU make a mistake and then when we clearly tell you, you didn’t hear us. AND we tried paying for it at the window for YOUR mistake and you mean to tell me I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK AROUND AND WAIT ON THAT LONG LINE FOR A DAMN FROZEN DRINK THAT YOU FORGOT TO ADD!!! Need new employees instead of new management!!

It’s unfortunate that this place finds almost every possible way to fail that you possibly can. Even with low expectations because it is, after all, Burger King, it’s still disappoints consistently.

We’ve been here a bunch of times despite all of this. On this visit, the onion rings were cold karma the french fries were cold, the impossible Whoppers were let’s say cool, and they didn’t include our ordered cheddar bites.

I was ignored for a few minutes both times I went to the counter the first being when I wanted to pick up my order in the second I went back to tell them that they forgot the cheddar bites.

Be forewarned that application menu prices are far higher than in restaurant menu prices which seems backwards to me. And it’s really not by a little bit.

As usual, the restaurant was kind of dirty and my wife spent the first couple of minutes cleaning off a table enough so that we could sit there.

How can it always be this bad and yet we’ve been back? That’s on us and I can’t see it happening again.

This store is under new management, it’s getting better everyday. I went through drive through today and i got a lot of smiles and warm welcomes, from the lady named Mrs. Sherry. When I had got my food it was hot and fresh, I had received a whopper combo along with the new coni minis, and jalapeño cheddar bites. The two new arrivals were very well made. I overall love the way that the store is coming along. Great job new management and crew!!!

Poor customer service and food quality.

Ordered a BK Double Stacker and it was missing the bacon and a slice of cheese. Called and was told that it only comes with one slice and would get with the person making about the bacon. Person on phone did not seem to care that I paid for something I did not receive.

This business needs new employees or stricter rules for the time management and detail coordination that they need to focus more on. I just paid for crap I didn’t even receive and I don’t have the time to go wait in the long line as it is called “fast food” for a reason. Also it is not just this location. Any of them in the area currently miss quite a bit and I love the food but I am about to not be going anymore at all. Also the wait time has been outrageous and they need to speak up and say something at the window rather than acting like you are closed cuz you weren’t. I sat there for 15-20mins with no interaction and that was rude. I understand that stuff gets busy and people call out but I’ve been there way to many times in a row currently for this to keep happening at each location!!
