I normally don’t eat at Burger King, but my grandkids wanted it, for the Sponge Bob meal, Treasure Chest, so I did. Unfortunately they ran out of treasure chests, at least that is what I was told but older kids got them when we were there?. Only reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 is because of our cashier. Cashier was empathetic to the situation. I had to take back one of my Grandson’s sandwich 2 times, when the manager yelled out reorder, I assumed that was me to go get the sandwich. When I walked up I said, hopefully 3rd time is the charm, instead of, I am really sorry for the inconvenience, it was.. “Well Lady, we have been busy.” Really, that is how a manager responds. I was not the only one having to go back, drive thru customers were having to come in to fix their order. I know we all get overwhelmed sometimes, but it is all in how we react to the situation on how it will be received. I will not return to this Burger King, but I will to other Burger King’s.

Food is constantly cold . They use to be my go to with their monthly coupons as it made eating out with the family affordable. Not worth it. I’ll just make burgers at home. :/

Corporate, if you are reading this, do not let the store fool you with its “extremely good” drive-thru times.
This by far is the absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to. Not only is their staff rude, short-tempered and condescending, but it’s obvious that they’re being dishonest with their drive-through times.
They had several of us pay and then made all of us pull up and into parking spots and wait for our food for almost 15-20 minutes. The drive-thru line was empty, yet they still kept requesting for us to pull up. When we were then parked almost on top of each other and someone behind us had a smaller order, they would physically come out and tell us to move our cars to let the other people through so that way we were not blocking the drive-through lane so that they could still accomplish these short drive-thru times.
After waiting about 15 minutes, already now running behind to where I needed to go, I requested a refund from what appeared to be a manager outside directing cars/traffic and making us move so the car is behind us with the smaller orders could get out first and was told ” if you want a refund, you need to get out of your car and come inside.”
I won’t be eating here again. Seems like they’re practice is very dishonest. The staff isn’t very welcoming either

Came through drive-through ordered two double cheeseburgers, one halfies and one fry. Got my order, grabbed a french fry. The all of them was cold and hard not fresh really disgusting.. so I went back through drive-through told them by the time I got back to the front she already had more french fries bagged up. I already know she just took the remaining fries and dropped them back in the grease. I asked for fresh fries. I don’t care if I had to wait. I paid $21 for this order. If I’m paying that much, I want some at least fresh fries. I heard everything the girl had to say she mocked me. “She said they were. They were cold.” Her name was Izzy. I will never be coming back to this location. Terrible service, terrible manners, and the food was cold. If she would’ve just gave me some fresh fries like I asked, I would not be making this post. SMH

I like to eat BK, but the next time im asked to move forward and wait on my food im saying NO. Why? Because im always cool with it, but I never received the condiments I ask for . So No I will not more forward!!

My food.. don’t get me started. Cold fries that were like obviously sitting there for a long time, the whopper I got was such a mess. I just asked for it dry with no sauce and somehow I still end up with a regular whopper with mayo and ketchup like come on, let alone it looked like a 5 year old put it together. I walk in and the woman who I am guessing was the manager was sitting on her phone gave me a disgusting look like come on I just came here for some decent quality fast food ya know and I get this crap? Whatever, I will just go to the next Burger King and hopefully they appreciate me. This one is still garbage. New managers, same old crap.

The food is always great to my order, service is always greeted with welcome to BK where you rule which is awesome to hear and it is always very quick even at lunch rush they seem to get everything together pretty quickly. It is always a clean and well stocked restaurant wonderful all together experience!
