Rude! I was just treated with total rudeness from the staff at the drive through. They were giving me an extra drink that was NOT mine but belonged to someone else’s order and when I told them it wasn’t mine, another associate jumped and said what’s your problem?? I didn’t have a problem. I didn’t want them to give me something that I didn’t pay for and didn’t belong to me. They are the rudest staff. This is my third time trying this place and each time I have been treated disrespectfully I do not recommend this establishment at all.
THE FOOD LOOKS A MESS AND WE SAID NO LETTUCE! I’d have them fix it but I’m afraid they’d spit on it or worse!!

I drive a tow truck for a living. My job is to get to somebody that’s sitting on the side of the road as quickly as possible I tried to go through the drive-thru the sensors did not trigger so I pulled to the window. I was greeted with I can’t serve you out the window. You’re running up our window time I just needed a simple order and I would have been on my way to go get somebody off the side of the road if your tow truck is late getting to you this is probably one of the reasons why some of these restaurants should accommodate a little better service

So I went to order a basic cheese burger with cheese and mayo only and they some how messed it up went back to get it fix and guess what they did it again so no I don’t recommend this establishment they mess shit up way to often

Not impressed.
I’ve had whopper jrs at a couple different locations recently and I have to say I have no idea why it seemed so different here.
We ordered Whopper Jrs and asked for them to be dropped fresh,
And ordered some fries and onion rings.
The Jr whoppers tasted cold, no way were they fresh! The meat tasted like it was not cooked all the way thru. One of the worst burgers I’ve had in a long time.
The onion rings were soggy and not good at all . The French fries were actually good.
Not happy with this order at all.
I am not sure if the guy at the window was new or has been there for awhile.
I think he was pretty new from the way he talked. I should have read reviews first, we were looking for the whopper to taste really good. Disappointing and too late by the time we were able to handle the situation.. If I come back it will be awhile before thinking of it again!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Burger King. It had been years since my last visit, and my children’s first time there. The friendly, helpful employees made our meal even better. The food was great, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it!

We stopped by Saturday, April 16, for a quick dine in lunch after attending a local event and on our way to several other places (celebrating a birthday weekend for one family member) before heading home. We originally planned to go to a pizza place and I regret that we didn’t.
We ordered our customized burgers and filled our drinks without issue, so we thought. We went to choose a table and found all of them empty but only one of them not dirty. Our food was quickly ready and everyone started unwrapping in great anticipation of a delicious treat only to be disappointed on finding incorrectly made sandwiches. Three out of four sandwiches were made standard and not customized at all. Two people chose not to make a complaint or have theirs corrected but mine would have made me ill for days. My impossible burger was slathered in mayonnaise and topped with lettuce, two big no-no’s with my dietary needs. I checked the receipt and found that the cashier had neglected to ring my sandwich up without mayonnaise but the other two clearly were supposed to be customized. I returned my burger to the crew and within minutes had a newly made customized sandwich and one half-hearted apology. I made them aware that the other burgers were incorrect but that my family were eating them anyway, hoping that they would be more careful making orders and less concentrated on their chit-chat. I understand that an employee had dropped their razor in the shower twice and stepped on it cutting the bottom of their toes. The employee had just hobbled in and announced it to everyone as we were ordering. Not in the best taste but it is what it is. Not one crew member came to clean the dining area the entire time we were there although the lobby and the drive thru were not busy. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, and there was a ball of hair about 2 feet away from our table. Gross. Overall a disappointing experience and we won’t be returning.

We went inside to order, and the staff was busy doing drive through. Finally a girl took our order for whoppers. It was a to go order and when we got home to eat the fries were good but the whoppers were cold. Cold as in never cooked.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Christina at the Burger King drive-through! She was incredibly sweet and patient with me and my kids while we were trying to get breakfast sorted. It’s not always easy managing toddlers, especially when all you want is a big bottle of orange juice, but Christina went out of her way with kindness to help us out. She made our morning so much smoother and started our day off right. Thank you, Christina — you’re a gem!
