This place should be replaced with new employees or just shut it down! My husband and I ordered a meal and the burger was pretty much thrown together. Cheese wasn’t melted and the meat looked like it had been from days ago. So we asked for a refund of the sandwich itself. The manager asked what was wrong with it, and we explained to her. She did not want to refund so she kept asking if she could give us another sandwich or the next time we came to get another one. We said no we just want a refund. If unprofessional was a person it would definitely be that manager. It was like being on the phone with a call center agent and the agent rebuttals everything you say. Oh and here is the worst of the whole encounter… So she goes to refund the sandwich only, then comes back and asks for the fries and drink that my sick grandbaby put her hands on and takes it back through the window.

Had to repeat our order multiple times – the lady taking our order had a lot of attitude and didn’t seem to understand simple directions as to what we wanted our food to be like, i.e. no tomato on ONE sandwich does not mean no tomato on BOTH. We said our drink order about 15 times before she finally asked for the final time if it was indeed what we asked for. On top of all that the sweet tea was soured and people behind us received their food way before we did after having pulled around 5 minutes after us – for the exact same family bundle coupon order. Wait time was about 30 minutes – I understand it’s close to closing but now two other cars after us have received their orders before we have.

Kind of sucked this morning they need to taste their food before they serve it the grease is nasty tasting that is the hash browns I bet the fries are the same. Don’t serve something that you haven’t tried to eat all ready yourself if you don’t like it most likely the people won’t like it either. And I like the manager there.

apparently a newly built place or a change-over in management and personnel. you will either love it or hate it depending on the time of the day and hour you visit it. but that does not manner, at all times the food should be fresh & hot when served. however whether it is hot when you finally bite into it is another horse of a different color. if you’re gabbing on your cell phone or playing a game and it has been setting on your tray for a while , over 5 minutes, then you have nothing to complain about. prehaps they should have a customer microwave available for warming up cold food with instructions on what settings for what particular item to reheat to as to not totally destroy it to a uneatable mess as being to tough to chew or hard as a rock it crack or something only a pig can consume.

Food was warm, not hot, under the lamp warm. I’m living in an area where presently we are down to one BK, due to Hurricane Michael, approximately 5 miles from the house. When we saw the BK at Eglin AFB, spouse was happy. After three hours of Christmas shopping, we were glad not to have to travel far to get some eats. Was disappointed.

First off it says they are open till midnight, that is a lie, I went there around 550pm and they were already closed. On a sat. And also, I went there earlier and ordered a #2 and then when asked what I wanted to drink I said I just wanted the burger and the Hispanic drive through lady barked back, “then dont order that then!” Like, I get we are military and we are like cattle being herded but that doesnt mean u can treat us like trash.
